【摘要】：目前我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的過(guò)程中電力節(jié)能問(wèn)題已經(jīng)變成一個(gè)重大戰(zhàn)略問(wèn)題。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),在國(guó)內(nèi)高能耗行業(yè)主要有石油化工、鋼鐵、水泥等,就我國(guó)每年消耗的能源總量來(lái)說(shuō),這部分高耗能行業(yè)所消耗的資源量所占的比例已經(jīng)超過(guò)了總量的一半以上,如果不能很好解決這些矛盾的話,將會(huì)嚴(yán)重制約我國(guó)高速的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,因此,電氣節(jié)能管理的規(guī)劃將會(huì)在電氣節(jié)能的過(guò)程中起到至關(guān)重要的作用。本文分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于電氣節(jié)能管理在企業(yè)中應(yīng)用實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn),并且作為A石化公司電氣節(jié)能降耗策略設(shè)計(jì)的參照,這也大大增加了該策略在A石化公司實(shí)施的可行性。此外,本文著重從A石化公司電氣節(jié)能管理現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),分析了電氣節(jié)能降耗策略在企業(yè)特別是A石化公司實(shí)施的必要性。根據(jù)企業(yè)對(duì)于電氣節(jié)能要求,設(shè)計(jì)了電氣節(jié)能策略的總體系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),并對(duì)目前A石化公司在電氣節(jié)能管理方面發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,通過(guò)對(duì)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)管理的研究,同時(shí)對(duì)公司電力資源管理部門的合理調(diào)用,將電氣管理在節(jié)能降耗中的作用發(fā)揮到極致,充分發(fā)掘電氣節(jié)能降耗策略在A石化公司節(jié)能方面的潛力,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)全廠電氣系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:At present, in the process of economic and social development in China, the problem of electric energy conservation has become a major strategic problem. According to statistics, in the domestic high energy consumption industries, there are mainly petrochemical, iron and steel, cement, and so on. In terms of the total energy consumption per year in China, the proportion of resources consumed in this part of the energy-consuming industry has exceeded half of the total amount. If these contradictions can not be solved well, the rapid economic development of our country will be seriously restricted. Therefore, the planning of electric energy saving management will play a vital role in the process of electric energy saving. This paper analyzes the practical experience in the application of electric energy saving management in enterprises at home and abroad, and it is used as a reference for the design of electric energy saving and consumption reduction strategy in A petrochemical company, which greatly increases the feasibility of the implementation of this strategy in A petrochemical company. In addition, based on the current situation of electric energy saving management in A Petrochemical Company, the necessity of implementing electric energy saving and consumption reduction strategy in enterprises, especially in A petrochemical company, is analyzed in this paper. According to the requirement of electric energy saving, the overall system structure of electric energy saving strategy is designed, and the problems found in the electric energy saving management of A Petrochemical Company are analyzed, and the key link management is studied. At the same time, the reasonable call to the power resources management department of the company will bring the role of electric management in energy saving and consumption reduction to the maximum, and fully explore the potential of electric energy saving and consumption reduction strategy in A petrochemical company. Realize the energy saving goal of the electric system of the whole plant.
