寶鋼集團(tuán)信息化與工業(yè)化融合的機制研究

【摘要】:黨的十七大提出“大力推進(jìn)信息化與工業(yè)化融合,促進(jìn)工業(yè)由大變強”的戰(zhàn)略部署以來,經(jīng)過幾年的持續(xù)推動,我國工業(yè)企業(yè)兩化融合的程度更加深入,覆蓋范圍更加廣泛,創(chuàng)新模式不斷涌現(xiàn),融合效應(yīng)日益顯著。兩化融合在提升企業(yè)核心競爭力、推動區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級和發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變、促進(jìn)節(jié)能減排及安全生產(chǎn)方面具有現(xiàn)實意義,是目前傳統(tǒng)企業(yè),特別是大規(guī)模制造型企業(yè)的現(xiàn)實需求。兩化融合的深入推行離不開國家及政府的支持,當(dāng)然也需要有一些佼佼者作為先驅(qū)和楷模作表率。 本文選取了寶鋼集團(tuán)有限公司作為研究對象,從兩化融合的理論體系入手,以宏觀層面的我國兩化融合的現(xiàn)狀分析為鋪墊,介紹了寶鋼集團(tuán)兩化融合的現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)而分析了寶鋼集團(tuán)兩化融合的機制,最后從中得出寶鋼集團(tuán)兩化融合的幾點啟示,以供借鑒。 從宏觀上看,我國兩化融合經(jīng)歷了局部應(yīng)用、集成應(yīng)用和深度應(yīng)用三個階段,已擁有工業(yè)化發(fā)展積累的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)、信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)和科技創(chuàng)新的能力基礎(chǔ),這為兩化融合提供了條件,并且在技術(shù)融合、產(chǎn)品融合、業(yè)務(wù)融合及產(chǎn)業(yè)衍生方面都有了一定的發(fā)展。 從微觀上看,寶鋼集團(tuán)以“全面支撐企業(yè)管理業(yè)務(wù)的變革和創(chuàng)新、提高企業(yè)的核心競爭力、實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的價值最大化”為目標(biāo),經(jīng)歷了“以生產(chǎn)為中心——以財務(wù)為中心——以用戶為中心——以提升軟實力為中心”四個發(fā)展階段。寶鋼集團(tuán)信息化基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)成熟,信息系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)完善,企業(yè)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)工程,ESI全面實施,冶金ERP系統(tǒng)全面建成,已實現(xiàn)鋼鐵主業(yè)一體化運作,在兩化融合方面已取得了顯著地收益。 從寶鋼集團(tuán)兩化融合的發(fā)展過程及機制分析,我們認(rèn)為,企業(yè)要有效開展兩化融合,必須在思想上充分重視,堅持將業(yè)務(wù)流程與管理機制上的兩化融合相結(jié)合,要做到應(yīng)用規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,還要持續(xù)創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:Since the Seventeenth National Congress of the CPC put forward the strategic plan of "vigorously promoting the integration of information and industrialization, and promoting the development of industry from great to strong," after several years of continuous promotion, the degree of integration of industrial enterprises between the two industries has been deepened and the scope of coverage has become more extensive. The innovation pattern emerges unceasingly, the fusion effect becomes more and more remarkable. The integration of the two industries is of practical significance in enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises, promoting the transformation and upgrading of regional industries and changing the mode of development, promoting energy conservation and emission reduction and safety in production, and is a traditional enterprise at present. Especially the realistic demand of large-scale manufacturing enterprises. The further implementation of the integration is inseparable from the support of the state and the government, of course, some outstanding people are needed as pioneers and role models. In this paper, Baosteel Group Co., Ltd. is selected as the research object, starting with the theoretical system of the fusion of the two transformation, and taking the present situation analysis of the fusion of the two transformation in the macro level as the paver, the paper introduces the present situation of the fusion of the two types in Baosteel Group. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the mechanism of the fusion of Baosteel and Baosteel, and finally draws some enlightenment from the fusion of Baosteel and Baosteel, which can be used for reference. From the macro point of view, the integration of the two industries has experienced three stages: partial application, integrated application and deep application. It already has the material basis of industrialization development, the technological foundation of information industry development and the ability base of scientific and technological innovation. This provides conditions for the integration of technology, product convergence, business integration and industrial derivatives. From the microscopic point of view, Baosteel Group aims to "support the reform and innovation of enterprise management business in an all-round way, improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise and maximize the value of the enterprise". Experienced four stages of development: production-centered-financial-customer-centric-to enhance soft power as the center "four stages of development." The information infrastructure of Baosteel Group is mature, the information system structure is perfect, the enterprise innovation system engineering has been fully implemented, the metallurgical ERP system has been completed, the integrated operation of the main steel industry has been realized, and remarkable profits have been obtained in the aspect of the integration of the two industries. Based on the analysis of the development process and mechanism of the integration of the two systems in Baosteel Group, we believe that in order to carry out the integration of the two systems effectively, enterprises must attach great importance to the integration of the two processes and insist on the integration of the business process and the management mechanism. To achieve standardization of application norms, but also continuous innovation.
