【摘要】:正汽車是一種支出較大的耐用消費(fèi)品,消費(fèi)者的期望使用年限較長。國家最新的汽車"三包"規(guī)定加大了對消費(fèi)者權(quán)益的保護(hù)力度,但消費(fèi)者面臨的汽車故障風(fēng)險依然很大。如何管理"三包"期之后的汽車故障風(fēng)險,成為一個重要問題,而汽車延長保修(以下簡稱"汽車延保")可以分散和轉(zhuǎn)移這種風(fēng)險。中國汽車延保市場的現(xiàn)狀和主要問題汽車延保在中國是一個新興事物,最初是作為一種促銷的手段由汽車廠商或汽車經(jīng)銷商提供。2008年左右,一些專業(yè)汽車延保公司的成立標(biāo)志著中國的汽車延保市場開始向?qū)I(yè)化方向發(fā)展。

How to manage the risk of automobile failure after the period of "three guarantees" has become an important problem, and the extended warranty (hereinafter referred to as "extended warranty") can disperse and transfer this risk. The current situation and main problems of China's Automobile extension Insurance Market Auto extension Insurance is a new thing in China, initially provided by automobile manufacturers or car dealers as a means of promotion. The establishment of some professional auto extension companies marks the beginning of the development of China's auto extension insurance market.
