S公司節(jié)能減排及成本控制的可行性研究

【摘要】:近幾年,中國環(huán)境問題層出不窮,污染形勢嚴(yán)峻,能資源浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重。大量的工業(yè)廢水和生活污水排入水中,造成多地出現(xiàn)飲用水源被嚴(yán)重污染。在我國“十二五”規(guī)劃綱要當(dāng)中制定了節(jié)能減排時(shí)間表,要求到2015年主要污染物的排放總量降低10%左右。作為民機(jī)項(xiàng)目典范,S公司社會責(zé)任重大,在保護(hù)環(huán)境、節(jié)約能源方面責(zé)無旁貸。但是,隨著公司批產(chǎn)能力的提升,目前的能耗使用量卻越來越大。以熒光工藝清洗水量為例,每個(gè)月約為100噸,均委托外運(yùn)處理。每周委托外運(yùn)處理3次,每次處理量為7噸,處理費(fèi)用為500元/噸,一周處理費(fèi)用就超過1萬元,且處理費(fèi)用每年都在上漲,處理成本過高。本課題利用熒光廢水處理及回用項(xiàng)目,廢水經(jīng)處理后,排水口水質(zhì)達(dá)到?上海市污水綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)?DB31/199-2009二級排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),最大限度地降低成本和運(yùn)行費(fèi)用。本文主要研究內(nèi)容有:闡述課題背景、研究意義及目的;介紹熒光廢水中的主要污染物及性質(zhì),分析比較現(xiàn)有處理方法(委托外運(yùn))和新方法(自行處理)的利弊,結(jié)合政府相關(guān)政策進(jìn)行長遠(yuǎn)性預(yù)估;提出熒光廢水處理能力、出水水質(zhì)等實(shí)驗(yàn)要求,通過分析確定熒光廢水物化處理方案,排除熒光滲透檢測靈敏度的干擾因素,選定工藝,利用工藝流程圖分解說明;比較多種投資評估方案的適用性,使用回收期法建立模型、數(shù)據(jù)分析;研究制造費(fèi)用控制、節(jié)約能耗等控制成本的方法,并研究適用性;將前后水樣與水質(zhì)、實(shí)際處理效果與成本進(jìn)行比較分析;最終得出總結(jié)。通過模擬分析得出滿足成本控制的必要條件,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)實(shí)際操作滿足必要條件且數(shù)據(jù)良好,比預(yù)期效果更顯著,故方法可行。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's environmental problems emerge in endlessly, serious pollution situation, serious waste of energy resources. A large amount of industrial wastewater and domestic sewage discharged into the water, resulting in a large number of drinking water sources are seriously polluted. In the outline of the 12th Five-Year Plan of our country, the schedule of energy saving and emission reduction is drawn up, which requires the total emission of major pollutants to be reduced by about 10% by 2015. As a civil aircraft project model S company has a great social responsibility in protecting the environment and saving energy. However, with the improvement of production capacity, the current energy consumption is increasing. For example, the amount of water cleaned by fluorescence process is about 100 tons per month. Three times a week, the handling capacity is 7 tons, the treatment cost is 500 yuan / ton, the treatment cost is more than 10,000 yuan a week, and the treatment cost is rising every year, the treatment cost is too high. This subject uses the fluorescent wastewater treatment and reuse project, the waste water after treatment, the drainage outlet water quality achieves? Shanghai sewage Comprehensive discharge Standard DB31 / 199-2009 second level discharge Standard can reduce the cost and operation cost to the maximum extent. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the background of the project, the significance and purpose of the research, the introduction of the main pollutants and properties of fluorescent wastewater, the analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing treatment methods (commissioned shipping) and new methods (self-treatment). According to the relevant government policies, the long-term prediction is carried out, and the experimental requirements such as the treatment capacity of fluorescent wastewater and the quality of effluent are put forward. By analyzing and determining the physicochemical treatment scheme of fluorescent wastewater, the interference factors of the sensitivity of fluorescence osmotic detection are eliminated, and the process is selected. Using the process flow chart to decompose the explanation, compare the applicability of many investment evaluation schemes, use the payback period method to build model, data analysis, study the methods of manufacturing cost control, saving energy consumption and so on, and study the applicability; The water sample and water quality, actual treatment effect and cost are compared and analyzed. The necessary conditions of cost control are obtained by simulation and analysis. It is found that the practical operation meets the necessary conditions and the data is good, which is more effective than expected, so the method is feasible.
