【摘要】:醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)是我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分,尤其是中醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè),連年增長都超過GDP的增長,被譽(yù)為“永遠(yuǎn)的朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)”!中醫(yī)藥學(xué)起源于中國,是世界醫(yī)學(xué)的寶庫之一,是中華民族在與疾病長期斗爭的過程中積累的寶貴財富,是中華民族優(yōu)秀文化的重要組成部分,為中華民族的繁衍昌盛和人類健康做出了不可磨滅的貢獻(xiàn)。中醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)是我國擁有資源優(yōu)勢和知識優(yōu)勢的傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè),作為我國最具原始創(chuàng)新潛力的領(lǐng)域,發(fā)展?jié)摿薮、前景廣闊。 企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理是一門實用性和高度復(fù)雜性很強(qiáng)的管理科學(xué)。該論文主要運用企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略理論、企業(yè)競爭戰(zhàn)略理論、企業(yè)核心競爭力、企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢等理論,通過分析苗仁堂集團(tuán)的外部環(huán)境,找出了苗仁堂集團(tuán)發(fā)展所面臨的機(jī)會和潛在威脅;通過對苗仁堂集團(tuán)內(nèi)部環(huán)境的分析,找出了集團(tuán)所擁有的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,總結(jié)出了苗仁堂集團(tuán)SWOT矩陣分析圖;最后,本文還從集團(tuán)的管理、產(chǎn)品、品牌、營銷、研發(fā)、人力資源管理、企業(yè)文化等方面戰(zhàn)略實施情況來分析苗仁堂集團(tuán)擴(kuò)張戰(zhàn)略的科學(xué)性及所存在的主要問題,并對所存在的問題提出相應(yīng)的解決策略和實施辦法,使其能有更完善的集團(tuán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。這將對于苗仁堂集團(tuán)具有戰(zhàn)略上的研究價值,同時也對制藥行業(yè)的其它企業(yè)具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Pharmaceutical industry is an important part of our national economy, especially the traditional Chinese medicine industry, even the annual growth is more than the growth of GDP, known as "forever sunrise industry"! Chinese medicine, originated in China, is one of the treasure-houses of medicine in the world. It is the precious wealth accumulated by the Chinese nation in the long struggle against diseases, and it is an important part of the excellent culture of the Chinese nation. For the prosperity of the Chinese nation and human health has made indelible contributions. Chinese medicine industry is a traditional industry with resource advantage and knowledge advantage in our country. As the field with the most original innovation potential, the development potential is huge and the prospect is broad. Enterprise strategic management is a practical and highly complex management science. This paper mainly uses the theory of enterprise development strategy, the theory of enterprise competition strategy, the core competence of enterprise, the competitive advantage of enterprise and so on, through analyzing the external environment of Miao Rentang Group. Through the analysis of the internal environment of Miao Rentang Group, we find out the strengths and weaknesses of Miao Rentang Group, sum up the SWOT matrix analysis chart of Miao Rentang Group. This paper also analyzes the scientific nature and main problems of Miao Rentang Group's expansion strategy from the management, product, brand, marketing, R & D, human resource management, corporate culture and other aspects of the implementation of the strategy. And put forward the corresponding solution strategy and implementation method to the existing problems, so that it can have a more perfect group development strategy. This will have strategic research value for Miao Rentang Group, but also for other pharmaceutical industry enterprises.
