創(chuàng)新方法應(yīng)用能力成熟度模型的構(gòu)建及其在裝備制造企業(yè)的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)時代的來臨,創(chuàng)新正日益成為企業(yè)保持競爭優(yōu)勢的核心動力。創(chuàng)新方法作為一種用于指導(dǎo)創(chuàng)新、提高創(chuàng)新效率的方法,能夠有效推動企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新行為從偶然的靈感噴發(fā)向可持續(xù)的系統(tǒng)化創(chuàng)新轉(zhuǎn)變,而實現(xiàn)這一轉(zhuǎn)變的前提是明確當(dāng)前企業(yè)創(chuàng)新方法應(yīng)用能力的現(xiàn)狀。企業(yè)只有在清楚認(rèn)識到自身創(chuàng)新方法應(yīng)用能力的現(xiàn)狀和不足,才能有重點(diǎn)、有針對性的改進(jìn)和提升企業(yè)創(chuàng)新方法應(yīng)用能力。 能力成熟度模型作為一種有效的能力評估和改進(jìn)工具,已經(jīng)在軟件工程、項目管理及人力資源管理等領(lǐng)域成功應(yīng)用,這對創(chuàng)新方法應(yīng)用能力成熟度模型的構(gòu)建具有非常重要的借鑒作用。創(chuàng)新方法應(yīng)用能力成熟度模型能夠幫助裝備制造企業(yè)找出自身創(chuàng)新方法應(yīng)用所處水平、分析創(chuàng)新方法應(yīng)用過程中所具備的優(yōu)勢與呈現(xiàn)的不足,并篩選出哪些方面需要重點(diǎn)改進(jìn),為提升企業(yè)創(chuàng)新方法應(yīng)用能力提供有價值、可操作性強(qiáng)的建議,從而促使企業(yè)循序漸進(jìn)的提升其創(chuàng)新方法應(yīng)用能力。 創(chuàng)新方法應(yīng)用能力成熟度模型是軟件能力成熟度模型在創(chuàng)新方法領(lǐng)域的具體應(yīng)用,由發(fā)展模塊、分析模塊和評估模塊三部分構(gòu)成。發(fā)展模塊是基礎(chǔ),將企業(yè)創(chuàng)新方法應(yīng)用過程能力劃分為四個等級,即意識導(dǎo)入級、試點(diǎn)培訓(xùn)級、應(yīng)用推廣級和優(yōu)化協(xié)同級;分析模塊是對發(fā)展模塊的深入研究,主要是對上述四個等級分別對應(yīng)的關(guān)鍵過程域和關(guān)鍵實踐進(jìn)行了探索;評估模塊將層次分析法和模糊評價方法相結(jié)合,得出評價企業(yè)創(chuàng)新方法應(yīng)用能力成熟度等級的方法,通過優(yōu)先級矩陣確定創(chuàng)新方法應(yīng)用能力各評價要素的改進(jìn)順序,并以Z裝備制造企業(yè)為例闡述了創(chuàng)新方法應(yīng)用能力成熟度模型應(yīng)用步驟。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the economic age, innovation is increasingly becoming the core driving force for enterprises to maintain their competitive advantage. As a way to guide innovation and improve innovation efficiency, innovative methods can effectively promote the transformation of technological innovation behavior from accidental inspiration to sustainable systematic innovation. And the premise of realizing this transformation is to make clear the present situation of the application ability of enterprise innovation method. Only when enterprises clearly recognize the present situation and shortcomings of their innovative methods application ability can they focus on improving and improving the application ability of enterprise innovation methods. As an effective capability assessment and improvement tool, the capability maturity model has been successfully applied in the fields of software engineering, project management and human resource management. This is very important for the construction of capability maturity model for innovative methods. The capability maturity model of innovation method application can help equipment manufacturing enterprises to find out the level of innovation method application, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of innovation method application process, and screen out which aspects need to be improved. It provides valuable and operable suggestions for improving the application ability of innovative methods in enterprises, so as to promote enterprises' ability to apply innovative methods step by step. The application capability maturity model of innovation method is the concrete application of software capability maturity model in the field of innovation method. It consists of three parts: development module, analysis module and evaluation module. The development module is the foundation, the enterprise innovation method application process ability is divided into four levels, namely, the consciousness leading level, the pilot training level, the application extension level and the optimization cooperation level, the analysis module is the thorough research to the development module, The paper mainly explores the key process areas and key practices corresponding to the above four grades respectively. The evaluation module combines AHP and fuzzy evaluation methods to obtain the method of evaluating the capability maturity level of enterprise innovation methods. Through the priority matrix to determine the improvement order of the evaluation elements of innovation method application ability, and taking Z equipment manufacturing enterprise as an example, the application steps of innovation method application capability maturity model are expounded.
