【摘要】：加快推進(jìn)軍民融合創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,是一項全局性、長遠(yuǎn)性和前瞻性戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)。運(yùn)用辯證思維的方法,從自然發(fā)展、社會演進(jìn)、跨界現(xiàn)象和實踐運(yùn)行等層面和角度,探索了推進(jìn)軍民融合的動力,并在理性思考、深度認(rèn)識和客觀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出推進(jìn)軍民融合創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的對策建議。
[Abstract]:It is an overall, long-term and forward-looking strategic task to speed up the innovation and development of military-civilian integration. Using the method of dialectical thinking, from the aspects and angles of natural development, social evolution, cross-border phenomenon and practical operation, this paper explores the motive force to promote the integration of military and civil affairs, and on the basis of rational thinking, deep understanding and objective analysis, The countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the innovation and development of military and civilian integration are put forward.
