【摘要】：在我國(guó)加入WTO后,我國(guó)的汽車及汽配行業(yè)受到較大的沖擊。要適應(yīng)新形勢(shì)下的全球化競(jìng)爭(zhēng),就必須對(duì)企業(yè)現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,通過(guò)不斷發(fā)展、完善、優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)流程保持企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。本文首先介紹了研究的問(wèn)題、意義以及研究的思路和方法,在對(duì)汽配企業(yè)進(jìn)銷存流程的定義、基本理論以及流程優(yōu)化的手段、技術(shù)途徑等基礎(chǔ)理論介紹的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合具體實(shí)際介紹了FLJG公司進(jìn)銷存的現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)狀的分析揭示其中隱含的問(wèn)題,將這些問(wèn)題具體到汽配企業(yè)進(jìn)銷存的各子流程,具體分析了銷售、采購(gòu)、庫(kù)存管理及其子流程現(xiàn)行操作過(guò)程,運(yùn)用流程績(jī)效指標(biāo)分析方法分析各子流程中對(duì)成本和效率影響最大的因素,對(duì)此進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,對(duì)比流程優(yōu)化前后成本和效率改善情況,最后針對(duì)改進(jìn)措施提出了FLJG公司進(jìn)銷存流程改進(jìn)建議,并進(jìn)行總結(jié)和評(píng)價(jià)。本文主要研究結(jié)論如下：(1)銷售管理,根據(jù)FLJG公司所處的汽配行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),積極推進(jìn)對(duì)客戶精細(xì)化經(jīng)營(yíng),包括客戶基礎(chǔ)信息規(guī)范、客戶關(guān)系管理等；(2)采購(gòu)管理,針對(duì)汽配企業(yè)的行業(yè)特點(diǎn),優(yōu)化采購(gòu)過(guò)程中的詢比價(jià)流程和供應(yīng)商的評(píng)估流程,降低采購(gòu)成本,符合行業(yè)體系要求;(3)庫(kù)存管理,采用與訂單關(guān)聯(lián)的采購(gòu)入庫(kù)方式,避免發(fā)生誤收、多收等情況,保證數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源準(zhǔn)確,同時(shí)對(duì)讓步接收等情況能給供應(yīng)商評(píng)估提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐。通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)有進(jìn)銷存流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,使FLJG公司進(jìn)銷存擁有一個(gè)完整的流程體系,從而充分發(fā)揮各流程的職能,這不僅提高了FLJG公司進(jìn)銷存的整體效率和效益,同時(shí)也很大程度降低了FLJG的物流成本,提升了FLJG公司的客戶滿意度和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:After China ' s entry into WTO , our country ' s automobile and auto - distribution industry is impacted greatly . In order to adapt to the globalization competition under the new situation , it is necessary to optimize the existing business process of the enterprise .
( 2 ) Purchase management , aiming at the industry characteristics of the steam distribution enterprises , optimizing the consultation price process and the supplier evaluation process in the procurement process , reducing the procurement cost , meeting the requirements of the industry system ; ( 3 ) optimizing the stock management , adopting the purchase receipt mode associated with the order to ensure the accurate data source , and meanwhile , providing data support for the supplier evaluation by adopting the purchase receipt mode associated with the order , thereby fully exerting the function of each process , and meanwhile , the logistics cost of the FLJG company is greatly reduced , and the customer satisfaction and the market competitiveness of the FLJG company are improved .
