電煤供應(yīng)鏈多級(jí)庫(kù)存多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:電能需求的增長(zhǎng)以及我國(guó)仍長(zhǎng)期以煤電為主的電源結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),決定了電煤供應(yīng)鏈的運(yùn)行效率會(huì)極大地影響我國(guó)電力的供應(yīng)狀況。目前煤電矛盾依然突出,電煤市場(chǎng)供需失衡、波動(dòng)較大,電煤庫(kù)存也隨著電煤市場(chǎng)的波動(dòng)而起伏,電煤庫(kù)存不足或者電煤庫(kù)存過量都會(huì)阻礙電煤供應(yīng)鏈的持續(xù)運(yùn)行,會(huì)增加煤電運(yùn)營(yíng)的壓力、影響我國(guó)電能的正常供應(yīng),只有電煤供應(yīng)鏈的各節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)保有合理的電煤庫(kù)存才能夠保證電煤供應(yīng)鏈的有效運(yùn)作。而僅僅考慮電煤供應(yīng)鏈庫(kù)存成本最小的單目標(biāo)優(yōu)化已不能滿足電煤供求復(fù)雜變化、電煤需求響應(yīng)速度的要求,因此,這些現(xiàn)實(shí)要求對(duì)電煤供應(yīng)鏈多級(jí)庫(kù)存管理提出了挑戰(zhàn),管理者們需關(guān)注如何從多個(gè)目標(biāo)的角度優(yōu)化電煤供應(yīng)鏈多級(jí)庫(kù)存,使電煤供應(yīng)鏈整體保持合理的庫(kù)存水平和良好的運(yùn)營(yíng)效率。 本文分析了我國(guó)電煤供應(yīng)鏈的運(yùn)作流程和特點(diǎn),進(jìn)行了電煤供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),并剖析了電煤供應(yīng)鏈多級(jí)庫(kù)存管理的問題及原因,闡釋了電煤供應(yīng)鏈多級(jí)庫(kù)存多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化的目標(biāo)及意義;趯(duì)電煤供應(yīng)鏈多級(jí)庫(kù)存的分析,本文構(gòu)建了包含電煤供應(yīng)鏈總庫(kù)存成本、滿足電煤需求的流程時(shí)間、電煤需求平均滿足率三個(gè)子目標(biāo)的電煤供應(yīng)鏈多級(jí)庫(kù)存多目標(biāo)模型。通過多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化方法將三個(gè)子目標(biāo)構(gòu)造成一個(gè)總的目標(biāo)函數(shù),運(yùn)用遺傳算法進(jìn)行多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化求解,比較分析電煤供應(yīng)鏈多級(jí)庫(kù)存單目標(biāo)優(yōu)化和電煤供應(yīng)鏈多級(jí)庫(kù)存多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化的結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證了電煤供應(yīng)鏈多級(jí)庫(kù)存多目標(biāo)模型優(yōu)化全面且有效。電煤供應(yīng)鏈多級(jí)庫(kù)存多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化的研究可以為電煤供應(yīng)鏈各節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)制定電煤庫(kù)存策略、促進(jìn)電煤供應(yīng)鏈高效運(yùn)行提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:The growth of power demand and the characteristics of power supply structure which still focus on coal power for a long time determine the operation efficiency of power supply chain will greatly affect the power supply situation in China. At present, the contradiction between coal and electricity is still prominent. The supply and demand of the power coal market is out of balance and there are large fluctuations in the power coal market. With the fluctuation of the power coal market, the thermal coal inventory is also fluctuating. The shortage of the thermal coal stock or the excessive thermal coal stock will hinder the continuous operation of the power coal supply chain. It will increase the pressure of coal power operation and affect the normal supply of electric energy in our country. Only the enterprises in the power supply chain maintain reasonable thermal coal inventory can the effective operation of the power supply chain be ensured. However, considering the single objective optimization of the minimum inventory cost of power coal supply chain, it can not meet the requirements of complex change of coal supply and demand and the response speed of power coal demand. Therefore, these practical requirements challenge the multi-level inventory management of power coal supply chain. Managers should pay attention to how to optimize the multi-level inventory of power coal supply chain from the point of view of multiple objectives, so as to keep reasonable inventory level and good operation efficiency of power coal supply chain as a whole. This paper analyzes the operation flow and characteristics of the power coal supply chain in China, designs the structure of the power coal supply chain, and analyzes the problems and causes of the multi-level inventory management in the power coal supply chain. The purpose and significance of multi-objective optimization of multi-level inventory in power coal supply chain are explained. Based on the analysis of multi-level inventory in power coal supply chain, a multi-objective model of multi-level inventory in power coal supply chain is constructed, which includes the total inventory cost of power coal supply chain, the process time to meet the demand of power coal, and the average satisfaction rate of power coal demand. The three sub-objectives are constructed into a general objective function by the multi-objective optimization method, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the multi-objective optimization problem. The results of single-objective optimization of multi-level inventory in power coal supply chain and multi-objective optimization of multi-level inventory in power coal supply chain are compared and analyzed. It is verified that the multi-objective model optimization of multi-level inventory in power coal supply chain is comprehensive and effective. The study of multi-objective optimization of multi-level inventory in power coal supply chain can provide a certain reference for the enterprises of each node of power coal supply chain to formulate the power coal inventory strategy and to promote the efficient operation of the power coal supply chain.
