【摘要】：中國與中亞國家的能源合作是新絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶建設(shè)的重要內(nèi)容之一。哈薩克斯坦是中亞五國中能源蘊(yùn)藏量最豐富,也是目前吸收能源投資最多的國家。因此本文以哈薩克斯坦為例,從外商直接投資(FDI)的角度分析中國與哈薩克斯坦的能源合作問題,分析了在哈薩克斯坦投資的主要國家及其投資領(lǐng)域,總結(jié)了中國在哈能源投資的主要方式,探討了中國在哈投資存在的問題及面臨的挑戰(zhàn),以期為中國對哈能源投資規(guī)避風(fēng)險提供思考。
[Abstract]:Energy cooperation between China and Central Asian countries is one of the important contents of the construction of the new Silk Road economic belt. Kazakhstan has the most abundant energy reserves among the five countries in Central Asia, and it is also the country that absorbs the most energy investment. Therefore, taking Kazakhstan as an example, this paper analyzes the energy cooperation between China and Kazakhstan from the perspective of foreign direct investment (FDI), and analyzes the major countries and their investment fields in Kazakhstan. This paper summarizes the main ways of China's energy investment in Kazakhstan, probes into the problems and challenges faced by China's investment in Kazakhstan, and hopes to provide some thoughts for China's energy investment in Kazakhstan to avoid risks.
