企業(yè)國際化程度影響創(chuàng)新績效的機制研究——4家中國制造企業(yè)的案例研究

【摘要】:通過對中國4家規(guī)模以上制造企業(yè)的跨案例研究,探索了企業(yè)國際化程度影響創(chuàng)新績效的作用機制。研究突破了傳統(tǒng)資源觀和組織學習理論對于解釋企業(yè)國際化影響創(chuàng)新績效作用機制的理論局限性,提出國際化不僅能夠為企業(yè)提供創(chuàng)新資源和學習機會,更重要的是建立機會識別能力和機會利用能力,進而提升創(chuàng)新績效。研究證實了動態(tài)能力理論對于解釋國際化影響創(chuàng)新績效機制的理論契合性,所得到的理論模型能夠充實國際化程度與創(chuàng)新績效關(guān)系機制的研究。
[Abstract]:Based on the cross-case study of four manufacturing enterprises in China, this paper explores the mechanism that the degree of internationalization affects innovation performance. The study breaks through the theoretical limitations of the traditional view of resources and the theory of organizational learning to explain the impact of enterprise internationalization on innovation performance, and points out that internationalization can not only provide innovation resources and learning opportunities for enterprises. What is more important is to establish the ability of opportunity recognition and opportunity utilization to improve innovation performance. The research proves that the dynamic capability theory is consistent with the theory of explaining the influence of internationalization on innovation performance mechanism, and the theoretical model can enrich the research on the relationship between internationalization degree and innovation performance mechanism.
