【摘要】：在現(xiàn)代市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下,各行各業(yè)的企業(yè)都非常重視本產(chǎn)業(yè)的價(jià)值鏈構(gòu)成和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,這已經(jīng)成為產(chǎn)業(yè)和企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的基礎(chǔ)和核心,也是產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中企業(yè)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力和關(guān)鍵,同時(shí),也是經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)企業(yè)分工協(xié)作的必然。建筑業(yè)作為一國或者一地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),有效的建筑業(yè)價(jià)值鏈構(gòu)成分析和管理,可以促進(jìn)本地建筑業(yè)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展,也可以帶動(dòng)整個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的繁榮,加強(qiáng)建筑行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈的研究已經(jīng)成為建筑業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)和企業(yè)的必修課,也是建設(shè)管理部門制定政策的重要參考。 本文主要是從實(shí)際出發(fā)分析天津當(dāng)?shù)亟ㄖ䴓I(yè)市場(chǎng)狀況,引用產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈理論,重點(diǎn)分析了天津建筑業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈的構(gòu)成,從而確定天津建筑業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈應(yīng)有的發(fā)展方向和完善措施。 本文首先論述了相關(guān)理論知識(shí),主要有產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈和產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈的關(guān)系和區(qū)別,價(jià)值鏈理論的提出,價(jià)值鏈的重要特征以及廣泛應(yīng)用,以天津市本地建筑業(yè)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r為例,用產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈理論分析了天津建筑業(yè)基本構(gòu)成,找到和發(fā)現(xiàn)天津市建筑業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈存在的問題和原因,進(jìn)一步說明建筑業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展帶動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的力量；接下來引用價(jià)值鏈理論分析了建筑業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的模式,討論了建筑業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展關(guān)鍵因素,提出了天津建筑業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)必要的改進(jìn)措施,為天津市建筑業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和企業(yè)發(fā)展提供了參考價(jià)值,對(duì)整個(gè)建筑業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、價(jià)值增值和成本控制等都具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和參考。
[Abstract]:Under the conditions of modern market economy, enterprises in various industries attach great importance to the value chain composition and industrial development of their own industries, which has become the basis and core of the development strategy of industries and enterprises, and is also the driving force and key to the development of enterprises in the industrial chain. At the same time, it is also the necessity of economic globalization and the division of labor and cooperation among enterprises. As a pillar industry of a country or a region, an effective analysis and management of the value chain of the construction industry can promote the development of the local construction industry market as well as the prosperity of the whole industry. Strengthening the research of industry value chain in construction industry has become a compulsory course for construction industry and enterprises, and is also an important reference for construction management departments to formulate policies. This paper mainly analyzes the market situation of Tianjin's local construction industry from the point of view of reality, quoting the theory of industrial value chain, and focusing on the composition of Tianjin's construction industry's industrial value chain. In order to determine the Tianjin construction industry value chain should be the direction of development and perfect measures. This paper first discusses the relevant theoretical knowledge, mainly including the relationship and difference between industrial chain and industrial value chain, the theory of value chain, the important characteristics of value chain and its wide application, taking the development of local construction market in Tianjin as an example. Based on the theory of industrial value chain, this paper analyzes the basic composition of Tianjin construction industry, finds out the problems and causes of Tianjin construction industry chain, and further explains the power of the development of construction industry to promote economic growth. Then it analyses the mode of the development of the construction industry, discusses the key factors of the development of the construction industry, and puts forward the necessary improvement measures of the construction industry in Tianjin. It provides reference value for Tianjin construction industry development and enterprise development, and has certain practical significance and reference for the whole construction industry to improve economic benefit, value increment and cost control.
