【摘要】：正影響垂直分離的因素除了行業(yè)的技術(shù)可分性、貿(mào)易一體化程度等之外,還有交易費(fèi)用、市場規(guī)模、市場容量、行業(yè)的生命周期和企業(yè)的實(shí)力等,不同的因素對垂直分離有不同的影響。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和知識經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新降低了交易成本,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈垂直專業(yè)化將成為一種重要的產(chǎn)業(yè)組織形式。集群這種產(chǎn)業(yè)組織形式因其對生產(chǎn)成本和交易成本的節(jié)約等因素,則更促進(jìn)了產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈垂直專業(yè)化的發(fā)展。"中國白酒金三角"產(chǎn)業(yè)集群所在區(qū)域通過產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈適度的垂直專業(yè)化和合理的空間分布,可以提高地域?qū)I(yè)分工水平,優(yōu)化區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),提高企業(yè)專業(yè)分工水平,降低企業(yè)發(fā)展的風(fēng)險。
[Abstract]:In addition to the technological separability of the industry and the degree of trade integration, there are also factors that affect vertical separation, such as transaction costs, market size, market capacity, industry life cycle and firm strength. Different factors have different effects on vertical separation. With the development of economic globalization and knowledge economy, technological innovation has reduced transaction costs, and vertical specialization of industrial chain will become an important form of industrial organization. Cluster, the form of industrial organization, promotes the development of vertical specialization of industrial chain because of its saving of production cost and transaction cost. " Through the proper vertical specialization and reasonable spatial distribution of the industrial chain, the industrial cluster of China Liquor Golden Triangle can improve the level of regional specialized division, optimize the regional industrial structure, and improve the level of professional division of labor in enterprises. Reduce the risk of enterprise development.
