【摘要】:“二戰(zhàn)”結(jié)束至今天,是世界制造業(yè)發(fā)展最迅速的時(shí)期,中國(guó)在改革開放的三十多年中,制造業(yè)的發(fā)展取得了驚人的成就,成為了“世界工廠”。制造業(yè)為中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展做出了不可抹滅的功績(jī)。在此期間,企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理理論也得到了巨大的發(fā)展和廣泛的應(yīng)用,其中日本豐田公司提出的“精益思想”理論更是成為制造業(yè)的“圣經(jīng)”,國(guó)內(nèi)很多企業(yè)都曾經(jīng)或仍在學(xué)習(xí)推行中。 LS公司是一家著名的以鋰離子電池生產(chǎn)為主的企業(yè),光伏能源系統(tǒng)事業(yè)部作為其下屬事業(yè)部之一,因事業(yè)部成立之時(shí),恰逢光伏業(yè)遭遇寒冬,事業(yè)部在這樣的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下在規(guī)模和成本等方面競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)弱。為提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,事業(yè)部一方面應(yīng)用精益思想從車間布局、設(shè)備自動(dòng)化少人化等方面降低運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,另一方面結(jié)合公司鋰電池存儲(chǔ)技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì),大力發(fā)展光伏獨(dú)立存儲(chǔ)供電系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品,拓展事業(yè)部的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)。 本文通過(guò)分析光伏事業(yè)部運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程存在的問(wèn)題,利用精益思想對(duì)光伏組件生產(chǎn)車間和光伏獨(dú)立供電系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品從多方面進(jìn)行改善,如產(chǎn)線“U”型布局調(diào)整、物流“單件流”實(shí)施、設(shè)備簡(jiǎn)易自動(dòng)化、作業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、精益研發(fā)等。對(duì)改善實(shí)施效果分析確認(rèn),,結(jié)論為,精益思想的應(yīng)用大大減少了事業(yè)部生產(chǎn)線的“浪費(fèi)”,提高了生產(chǎn)效率,降低了生產(chǎn)成本,縮短了光伏獨(dú)立供電系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品的交貨期,提高了事業(yè)部的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 通過(guò)對(duì)精益思想理論學(xué)習(xí)與實(shí)際應(yīng)用相結(jié)合,本文更深刻的領(lǐng)會(huì)到精益思想不僅只是在生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)適用,我們事業(yè)部乃至整個(gè)公司各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都應(yīng)以“精益思想”來(lái)進(jìn)行日常工作。最后總結(jié)為,精益思想的精髓為“造人”,即通過(guò)全員參與,使員工在不斷重復(fù)的發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題、解決問(wèn)題的循環(huán)中提高能力,逐步成長(zhǎng)為能力更強(qiáng)的人才。企業(yè)管理要向著“造人”的目標(biāo)努力,這樣的企業(yè)才會(huì)不斷進(jìn)步,并在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中保持不敗。
[Abstract]:The end of World War II to today is the most rapid development period of manufacturing industry in the world. In the more than 30 years of reform and opening up, China has made amazing achievements in the development of manufacturing industry and has become the "world factory". The manufacturing industry has made indelible achievements for the rapid development of China's economy. During this period, the theory of enterprise production management has also been greatly developed and widely applied, among which the theory of "lean thought" put forward by Toyota Corporation of Japan has become the "Bible" of manufacturing industry. Many domestic enterprises have been or are still learning to implement. LS Company is a famous enterprise mainly producing lithium ion batteries. Photovoltaic Energy Systems Division, as one of its subsidiaries, came into being at the time of the establishment of the division, which coincided with the cold winter of the photovoltaic industry. Division in such a market environment in scale and cost competitive advantage is weak. In order to improve competitiveness, on the one hand, the division applies lean thinking to reduce operating costs and improve product quality in terms of workshop layout, equipment automation, and so on. On the other hand, it combines the advantages of the company's lithium battery storage technology. Vigorously develop photovoltaic independent storage and power supply system products, expand the product structure of the division. In this paper, by analyzing the problems existing in the operation process of photovoltaic department, we improve the production of photovoltaic module workshop and photovoltaic independent power supply system from many aspects, such as the "U" layout adjustment of production line, using lean thinking to improve the production of photovoltaic module workshop and photovoltaic independent power supply system. Logistics "single-piece flow" implementation, simple automation of equipment, job standardization, lean research and development. The conclusion is that the application of lean thought can greatly reduce the waste of production line, improve the production efficiency, reduce the production cost, shorten the delivery time of the photovoltaic independent power supply system products. Improved the competitiveness of the business department. Through the combination of lean thought theory study and practical application, this paper deeply understands that lean thought is not only applicable in production link, but also should be carried out daily by lean thought in our business department and even in every link of the whole company. Finally, the essence of Lean thought is "creating human beings", that is, through the participation of all staff, the staff can find problems repeatedly, solve the problems and improve their ability, and gradually grow into more capable people. The management of enterprises should work towards the goal of "creating people" so that the enterprises will make progress and remain undefeated in the competition.
