【摘要】:汽車工業(yè)作為中國國民經(jīng)濟的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),在中國進入WTO以后得到了迅猛的發(fā)展,20世紀90年代,國內的汽車銷量逐年遞增,遠遠超過了GDP的增長。汽車行業(yè)的發(fā)展同時帶動了汽車零部件生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,博世汽車作為一家有著一百多年歷史的優(yōu)秀的汽車零部件生產(chǎn)企業(yè),通過對豐田生產(chǎn)管理的學習研究以及自身的發(fā)展,形成了一套屬于自己的生產(chǎn)管理理論。 本文首先從豐田生產(chǎn)方式的思想體系入手,介紹了豐田生產(chǎn)方式的發(fā)展和技術核心,以及豐田生產(chǎn)方式對全世界汽車行業(yè)的影響和促進作用。博世汽車通過學習和發(fā)展豐田生產(chǎn)方式,形成了一套屬于自己的以消除浪費和持續(xù)改善為核心的生產(chǎn)方式并在不斷的改進和完善。 接著介紹博世生產(chǎn)方式中的直接到線生產(chǎn)方式,直接到線生產(chǎn)方式是以JIT為核心思想,消除過多的浪費,實現(xiàn)最優(yōu)化的生產(chǎn)流程。通過對直接到線生產(chǎn)方式結構和運行方式的介紹,筆者提出了直接到線生產(chǎn)方式在實際的操作中受到不可控因素的影響,如:拉動和推動相結合,生產(chǎn)計劃的不均衡,客戶計劃過大的波動等等都會影響到生產(chǎn)線生產(chǎn)的順利進行。 最后針對直接到線生產(chǎn)中的問題進行了具體的分析,提出了重點的解決方案,并對解決方案進行模擬實施,解決了部分的問題。 本文通過對博世生產(chǎn)方式應用中的直接到線生產(chǎn)的實施,優(yōu)缺點分析和改進過程的研究,提出了實際生產(chǎn)過程中會影響直接到線生產(chǎn)方式的幾個因素,通過分析,并結合整個博世生產(chǎn)方式的理論基礎,尋求出更加合適的解決方案以消除生產(chǎn)過程中的浪費,并通過對直接到線生產(chǎn)過程和改善過程的分析發(fā)現(xiàn),企業(yè)自身的環(huán)境和條件各有不同,推進和采取的策略也會不同,筆者認為,企業(yè)要做的是,結合企業(yè)自身,因地制宜的制定策略,堅持實踐和總結,不斷的改善,逐漸形成企業(yè)自身的理論風格。
[Abstract]:Automobile industry, as the pillar industry of China's national economy, has been developing rapidly since China entered WTO. In the 1990s, domestic auto sales increased year by year, which far exceeded the growth of GDP. The development of automobile industry has also led to the rapid development of auto parts manufacturing enterprises. Bosch Automobile, as an excellent auto parts manufacturing enterprise with a history of more than 100 years, Through the study of Toyota production management and its own development, a set of production management theory belongs to itself is formed. This paper begins with the thought system of Toyota production mode, introduces the development and technical core of Toyota production mode, and the influence and promotion function of Toyota production mode on the automobile industry all over the world. By studying and developing Toyota production mode, Bosch Automobile has formed a set of production mode with the core of eliminating waste and continuous improvement, which is constantly improved and perfected. Then it introduces the direct to line mode of production in Bosch's mode of production, which is based on JIT to eliminate excessive waste and realize the optimal production process. Through the introduction of the structure and operation mode of direct to line production mode, the author puts forward that the direct to line production mode is affected by uncontrollable factors in actual operation, such as the combination of pull and push, the imbalance of production plan. Excessive fluctuations in customer planning will affect the smooth progress of production line. Finally, the paper analyzes the problems in direct line production, puts forward the key solution, and simulates the implementation of the solution to solve part of the problem. Through the implementation of direct to line production in Bosch mode of production, the analysis of its advantages and disadvantages and the research of its improvement process, this paper puts forward several factors that will affect the direct to line production mode in the actual production process. Combining with the theoretical foundation of Bosch mode of production, we seek out more suitable solutions to eliminate waste in production process, and find out through the analysis of direct to line production process and improvement process, The environment and conditions of the enterprise itself are different, and the strategies to be promoted and adopted will also be different. The author thinks that what the enterprise should do is to combine with the enterprise itself, to formulate strategies according to local conditions, to persist in practice and summary, and to continuously improve. Gradually form the theoretical style of the enterprise itself.
