陜西省中小食品企業(yè)區(qū)域發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】:陜西省中小食品企業(yè)作為陜西省貢獻(xiàn)GDP的重要力量之一,其發(fā)展為全省轉(zhuǎn)移農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力和促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)升級(jí)起到了重要作用。本文通過(guò)對(duì)陜西省中小食品企業(yè)區(qū)域發(fā)展的研究找出影響全省中小食品企業(yè)區(qū)域發(fā)展的影響因素及其制約其發(fā)展的瓶頸,然后針對(duì)具體相關(guān)問(wèn)題提出建議,為陜西省中小食品企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)更好的轉(zhuǎn)型提供了一定的思路。 隨著2009年的亞洲金融危機(jī),陜西省中小食品企業(yè)面臨著嚴(yán)峻的考驗(yàn)。在世界范圍內(nèi),由于原材料以及人員工資的大幅漲價(jià),導(dǎo)致了大批中小食品企業(yè)在成本壓力下大量地破產(chǎn)和倒閉。由于陜西省食品行業(yè)多被實(shí)力較強(qiáng)的大企業(yè)強(qiáng)強(qiáng)聯(lián)合造成了市場(chǎng)基本被大的食品企業(yè)瓜分完畢,這樣對(duì)陜西省的中小食品企業(yè)的發(fā)展極為不利。 陜西在食品加工業(yè)有著原料和消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)的雙重優(yōu)勢(shì),并且隨著我國(guó)加入WTO,為陜西省中小食品企業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來(lái)了一定的機(jī)遇。作為一個(gè)農(nóng)業(yè)大省的陜西,其食品加工業(yè)已經(jīng)成為陜西工業(yè)的第一支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。陜西省中小食品企業(yè)要想贏得生存和發(fā)展的空間,首先要認(rèn)清當(dāng)前陜西省中小食品企業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,制定市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略,研究發(fā)展策略,,同時(shí)可以采用中小企業(yè)間的互助合作以及合作聯(lián)盟的形式,積極樹(shù)立自身的產(chǎn)品品牌和企業(yè)形象。此外,陜西省委省政府應(yīng)當(dāng)對(duì)部分中小食品企業(yè)加大扶持力度,使得這部分企業(yè)不至于在大型食品企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)下失去生存和發(fā)展的空間。 本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于應(yīng)用企業(yè)區(qū)域發(fā)展策略的SWOT分析方法對(duì)陜西省中小食品企業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)以及機(jī)遇和威脅進(jìn)行詳細(xì)地分析,并提出了相關(guān)的建議。
[Abstract]:As one of the important contributions to GDP in Shaanxi Province, the development of small and medium food enterprises in Shaanxi Province has played an important role in transferring rural surplus labor force and promoting the technological upgrading of agricultural industry. Based on the study of the regional development of small and medium food enterprises in Shaanxi Province, this paper finds out the influencing factors and the bottlenecks that restrict the development of the small and medium food enterprises in Shaanxi Province, and then puts forward some suggestions for the specific related problems. For Shaanxi Province small food enterprises to achieve a better transformation to provide certain ideas. With the Asian financial crisis in 2009, Shaanxi Province small food enterprises are facing a severe test. In the world, large numbers of small and medium food enterprises go bankrupt and close down under the pressure of cost because of the sharp increase in raw materials and workers' wages. The food industry in Shaanxi Province is divided up by the large food enterprises, which is unfavorable to the development of the small and medium-sized food enterprises in Shaanxi Province. Shaanxi has the dual advantages of raw materials and consumption market in the food processing industry, and with China's entry into WTO, it brings a certain opportunity for the development of small and medium-sized food enterprises in Shaanxi Province. As a big agricultural province, Shaanxi's food processing industry has become the first pillar industry. In order to win the space for survival and development of the small and medium food enterprises in Shaanxi Province, first of all, it is necessary to recognize the current situation of the development of the small and medium-sized food enterprises in Shaanxi Province, formulate the market strategy, and study the development strategy. At the same time, we can adopt the form of mutual cooperation and cooperation alliance between small and medium-sized enterprises, and actively establish their own product brand and enterprise image. In addition, the provincial government of Shaanxi province should give more support to some small and medium-sized food enterprises, so that these enterprises will not lose the space for survival and development under the competition of large food enterprises. The innovation of this paper is to analyze in detail the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of small and medium food enterprises in Shaanxi Province by using the SWOT analysis method of enterprise regional development strategy, and put forward some relevant suggestions.
