【摘要】：隨著不斷的科技進步和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展，客戶需求不斷變化，客戶需求產(chǎn)品的復(fù)雜性提高，公司都面臨著壓力，降低成本，縮短交貨時間，提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，改善服務(wù)，公司之間的競爭越來越激烈。為了保持自己的競爭優(yōu)勢，許多公司聯(lián)合原料供應(yīng)商以及產(chǎn)品分銷商，從原料供應(yīng)商開始，再經(jīng)產(chǎn)品制造商再到產(chǎn)品分銷商，形成一條產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈并對供應(yīng)鏈加強管理，以提高企業(yè)的競爭力。供應(yīng)鏈管理與改善越來越受到企業(yè)界的重視，如很多企業(yè)開始加強與供應(yīng)商的合作，尤其是與戰(zhàn)略供應(yīng)商保持密切合作關(guān)系。因此如何優(yōu)化企業(yè)所在的供應(yīng)鏈，改善企業(yè)采購管理、庫存和物流管理等環(huán)節(jié)是本文研究的主題。 本文以一個專門從事農(nóng)業(yè)機械制造為主的企業(yè)--JD公司作為研究對象,分析其供應(yīng)鏈管理現(xiàn)狀，并研究其供應(yīng)鏈改善的方法。論文首先在概述相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上，分析了JD供應(yīng)鏈管理運行的現(xiàn)狀，分別從供應(yīng)商管理，，采購管理，庫存管理、物流管理入手，研究了企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理中存在的問題及原因。進一步，對現(xiàn)有的流程和管理現(xiàn)狀設(shè)計了改進方案，提出了改善措施。最后，對企業(yè)供應(yīng)商管理優(yōu)化前后的績效進行了對比，并對供應(yīng)商進行評價的指標體系建設(shè)問題進行了討論。本論文希望通過研究，在供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下探尋與企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略相適應(yīng)的供應(yīng)鏈管理模式，以期為供應(yīng)鏈管理方面的理論和實踐提供一定的指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of science and technology and economic development, customer demand is constantly changing, the complexity of customer demand products increased, companies are facing pressure to reduce costs, shorten delivery time, improve product quality, improve service, Competition between companies is getting fiercer and fiercer. In order to maintain their competitive advantage, many companies combine raw material suppliers and product distributors, starting with raw material suppliers and then from product manufacturers to product distributors, to form a product supply chain and strengthen its management. In order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Supply chain management and improvement are paid more and more attention by enterprises, such as many enterprises begin to strengthen cooperation with suppliers, especially to maintain close cooperation with strategic suppliers. Therefore, how to optimize the supply chain, improve the enterprise procurement management, inventory and logistics management is the topic of this paper. This paper takes JD Company, an enterprise specialized in agricultural machinery manufacturing, as the research object, analyzes the current situation of its supply chain management, and studies the methods of improving its supply chain. Firstly, on the basis of summarizing the relevant theories, this paper analyzes the current situation of JD supply chain management, starting with supplier management, purchasing management, inventory management and logistics management, studies the problems and causes of enterprise supply chain management. Furthermore, the improvement scheme is designed for the current process and management status, and the improvement measures are put forward. Finally, the performance of supplier management before and after optimization is compared, and the construction of supplier evaluation index system is discussed. This paper hopes to explore the supply chain management model suitable to the enterprise development strategy under the supply chain environment, in order to provide some guidance for the theory and practice of supply chain management.
