【摘要】:精細(xì)化管理是現(xiàn)代管理的一種先進(jìn)文化和先進(jìn)手段,它的不少觀點(diǎn)可以顛覆供電公司工作的陳舊理念。只要加以合理借鑒和吸納,就能夠針對(duì)供電公司班組建設(shè)的不足,有效地提升供電公司班組建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀和水平。精細(xì)化管理的核心理念是以人為本,把這個(gè)理念運(yùn)用到供電公司班組建設(shè)有利于增強(qiáng)員工工作的積極性;精細(xì)化管理注重體系管理,有利于提高供電公司員工的科學(xué)性和規(guī)范性;精細(xì)化管理強(qiáng)調(diào)細(xì)節(jié)控制和過(guò)程管理,有利于對(duì)供電公司員工考核進(jìn)行量化與監(jiān)督;精細(xì)化管理使得員工的組織意識(shí)和集體觀念都被強(qiáng)化,大大增強(qiáng)了供電公司的凝聚力,提高了企業(yè)的整體效益。 本文首先介紹了精細(xì)化管理的概念、特點(diǎn)、過(guò)程,并分析了企業(yè)進(jìn)行精細(xì)化管理以及企業(yè)進(jìn)行班組精細(xì)化管理的成功案例。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)分析供電公司班組建設(shè)的重要性以及面臨的主要問(wèn)題,論述在供電公司班組建設(shè)中實(shí)施精細(xì)化管理的意義及可行性;分析得出,在供電公司全面進(jìn)行精細(xì)化管理非常重要,有利于構(gòu)建合理的人才培養(yǎng)和管理模式,有利于調(diào)動(dòng)員工工作的積極性,有利于建設(shè)以精、細(xì)為代表的企業(yè)文化。 同時(shí),深入研究分析在供電公司班組建設(shè)中引入“精細(xì)化管理”理論的必要性,通過(guò)把握精細(xì)化管理的四個(gè)要素:專(zhuān)業(yè)化、系統(tǒng)化、數(shù)據(jù)化和信息化,按照精細(xì)化管理的基本思路和六種方法對(duì)供電公司的班組建設(shè)方法進(jìn)行研究。 最后,以江蘇省電力公司500千伏石牌變電站班組為例,探討了基于精細(xì)化管理的供電公司班組建設(shè)實(shí)施方案;對(duì)其實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行了分析,主要分為精細(xì)化管理的成績(jī)分析、效果分析和存在問(wèn)題分析。最后,針對(duì)實(shí)例分析所存在問(wèn)題,結(jié)合精細(xì)化管理理論提出進(jìn)一步建立完整精細(xì)化理論框架、班組精細(xì)化管理制度以及各類(lèi)創(chuàng)新模式等改進(jìn)措施及建議。
[Abstract]:Fine management is an advanced culture and means of modern management. So long as we can draw lessons from and absorb reasonably, we can effectively improve the current situation and level of group construction in power supply company. The core idea of fine management is people-oriented. Applying this idea to the shift construction of power supply companies is conducive to enhancing the enthusiasm of the staff. It is helpful to improve the scientific and standard of the employees of the power supply company, to emphasize the detail control and process management in fine management, and to quantify and supervise the examination of the employees in the power supply company. The fine management strengthens the organization consciousness and the collective idea of the staff, strengthens the cohesion of the power supply company, and improves the whole benefit of the enterprise. This paper first introduces the concept, characteristics and process of fine management, and analyzes the successful cases of fine management of enterprises and fine management of teams and teams. On this basis, by analyzing the importance of the shift construction and the main problems faced by the power supply company, this paper discusses the significance and feasibility of implementing fine management in the construction of the shift group in the power supply company. It is very important to carry out fine management in the power supply company, which is helpful to construct a reasonable talent training and management model, to arouse the enthusiasm of the staff, and to build the enterprise culture represented by fine and fine. At the same time, the necessity of introducing the theory of "fine management" into the construction of teams and teams in power supply companies is deeply studied and analyzed. By grasping the four elements of fine management: specialization, systematization, data and information, According to the basic thinking of meticulous management and six methods, the construction method of shift and group in power supply company is studied. Finally, taking 500 kV Shipai substation team of Jiangsu Electric Power Company as an example, the paper discusses the implementation scheme of the shift construction of power supply company based on fine management, and analyzes its implementation effect, which is mainly divided into fine management performance analysis. Finally, based on the analysis of the existing problems, the author puts forward some improvement measures and suggestions, such as establishing the complete fine theoretical framework, the fine management system of teams and groups, and all kinds of innovative modes.
