【摘要】：本文的目的在于研究T市H工業(yè)園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及趨勢,把握工業(yè)園區(qū)在產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中的規(guī)律,從而為H工業(yè)園區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供參考和建議,并為其產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提出對策及建議。 本文采用了一般論文的現(xiàn)狀——趨勢與問題——對策三大段的邏輯思路,按照提出問題——分析問題——解決問題的辦法,首先以理論研究成果為指導(dǎo),分析了H工業(yè)園區(qū)的現(xiàn)狀以及面臨的主要問題；其次,運(yùn)用通行的SWOT分析方法對園區(qū)及四大主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行分析和研究；最后,結(jié)合H工業(yè)園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在要求與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略區(qū)域,確定其定位和目標(biāo),分別設(shè)計(jì)了園區(qū)和四大主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,從而比較系統(tǒng)地提出H工業(yè)園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,同時(shí)為園區(qū)的發(fā)展制訂了戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的措施。 本文的特別之處在于從H工業(yè)園區(qū)產(chǎn)生的背景及其建設(shè)的意義出發(fā),對H工業(yè)園區(qū)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在問題進(jìn)行了較深刻的剖析,分析了H工業(yè)園區(qū)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境、論證了H工業(yè)園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),對H工業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展的目標(biāo)與戰(zhàn)略及思路和對策進(jìn)行合理、科學(xué)的功能定位和布局規(guī)劃。最后,本文得到如下結(jié)論：園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是以優(yōu)勢資源為依托,發(fā)展糧油食品、船舶及配套、新材料、現(xiàn)代物流四大主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè),形成以產(chǎn)業(yè)集群為主體的循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)園。本文在戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施方面確定了各產(chǎn)業(yè)的主體功能定位、發(fā)展目標(biāo)以及發(fā)展規(guī)劃,并劃分了功能園區(qū)；對于H工業(yè)園區(qū)的發(fā)展保障措施給出了六個(gè)方面的建議。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to study the present situation and trend of industrial development of H Industrial Park in T City, to grasp the law of industrial development in H Industrial Park, and to provide references and suggestions for the industrial development of H Industrial Park. And put forward the countermeasure and suggestion for its industry development strategy. This paper adopts the logic thinking of the present situation, trend and problem-game of the general paper, according to the method of putting forward the problem-analysis problem-solving the problem, at first, it is guided by the theoretical research results. This paper analyzes the present situation and main problems of H Industrial Park. Secondly, it analyzes and studies the park and the four leading industries by using the popular SWOT analysis method. Finally, Combined with the inherent requirements of the industrial development of the H industrial park and the strategic region of industrial development, this paper determines its orientation and objectives, designs the development strategies of the park and the four leading industries, and then puts forward the industrial development strategy of the H industrial park systematically. At the same time for the development of the park to develop strategic implementation measures. The special point of this paper is that starting from the background of H industrial park and the significance of its construction, the present situation and existing problems of H industrial park are deeply analyzed, and the internal and external environment of H industrial park is analyzed. This paper demonstrates the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the industrial development of the H industrial park, and makes a reasonable, scientific function orientation and layout planning for the development goal, strategy, thought and countermeasure of the H industrial park. Finally, the paper draws the following conclusions: the industrial development strategy of the park is to develop four leading industries, which are grain, oil, food, ships and auxiliary materials, new materials and modern logistics, based on superior resources, and form a circular economic industrial park with industrial clusters as the main body. In this paper, the main function orientation, development target and development plan of each industry are determined in the aspect of strategic implementation, and the function park is divided, and six suggestions are given for the development guarantee measures of H industrial park.
