【摘要】:隨著改革開放的日益深入,國際化分工越來越精細(xì),中國作為勞動力資源比較豐富的國家,在國際市場貿(mào)易上憑借廉價的勞動力獲得了經(jīng)濟(jì)的巨大進(jìn)步。在中國加入WTO之前,OEM模式在中國沿海城市盛行,OEM是一種代工生產(chǎn)的模式,也稱為貼牌生產(chǎn),OEM模式能夠有效的利用勞動力資源發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì),而國內(nèi)OEM企業(yè)可以利用自身的勞動力資源優(yōu)勢,利用國外的資源發(fā)展自己。市場競爭的日益激烈,OEM企業(yè)面臨來自國內(nèi)外的企業(yè)競爭,因此如何在激烈的市場競爭中求得生存與發(fā)展,是OEM企業(yè)需要考慮的。 企業(yè)的采購關(guān)系著企業(yè)的成本,在科技日益發(fā)達(dá)的今天,企業(yè)之間的科技水平競爭優(yōu)勢難以拉開企業(yè)之間的差距,產(chǎn)品的競爭更多的是傾向于成本方面的競爭,因此企業(yè)的采購戰(zhàn)略尤為重要。本文通過以O(shè)EM企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略采購為研究對象,通過以供應(yīng)鏈模式為視角研究OEM企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略采購問題,分析OEM企業(yè)的采購現(xiàn)狀,剖析其存在問題的原因,從而提出我國OEM企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略采購的對策。 本文一共分為六章,第一章為緒論部分,主要是介紹本文寫作的背景、目的與意義,并介紹本文的寫作內(nèi)容與研究思路,采用的研究方法,并對國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行歸納。第二章是供應(yīng)鏈管理和戰(zhàn)略采購管理的理論基礎(chǔ),通過對供應(yīng)鏈、戰(zhàn)略采購的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行界定,對供應(yīng)鏈模式下的采購管理進(jìn)行分析,闡明供應(yīng)鏈管理在戰(zhàn)略采購中的重要性。第三章是OEM企業(yè)采購管理存在的問題及成因分析,主要是針對OEM企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,對OEM企業(yè)目前采購管理存在的問題進(jìn)行分析并歸納出其原因。第四章是OEM企業(yè)采購管理問題解決的具體方案,通過建立戰(zhàn)略采購團(tuán)隊(duì)、利用供應(yīng)鏈模式完善戰(zhàn)略采購管理、完善OEM企業(yè)的采購?fù)獠凯h(huán)境建設(shè)以及建立完善的OEM采購組織結(jié)構(gòu)等方式解決OEM戰(zhàn)略采購存在的問題。第五章是G項(xiàng)目中M公司采取的戰(zhàn)略采購方案和效果評估,通過實(shí)際的案例分析,,闡釋M公司利用戰(zhàn)略采購的方式實(shí)施G項(xiàng)目的優(yōu)劣勢,面臨的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),提出具體的對策。第六章是研究結(jié)論與展望。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, the international division of labor is becoming more and more sophisticated. China, as a country with abundant labor resources, has made great progress in international market trade by virtue of cheap labor force. Before China's entry into WTO, OEM mode is popular in coastal cities of China. It is a mode of contract manufacturing, also known as OEM mode, which can effectively utilize labor resources to develop economy. The domestic OEM enterprises can use their own labor resources advantages, using foreign resources to develop themselves. The increasingly fierce competition in the market is facing enterprises from home and abroad, so how to survive and develop in the fierce market competition is the need for OEM enterprises to consider. The purchasing of the enterprise is related to the cost of the enterprise. With the development of science and technology, the competitive advantage of the level of science and technology among the enterprises is difficult to open the gap between the enterprises, and the competition of the products is more inclined to the competition of the cost. Therefore, the procurement strategy of enterprises is particularly important. This paper takes the strategic procurement of OEM enterprises as the research object, studies the strategic procurement problems of OEM enterprises from the perspective of supply chain mode, analyzes the current purchasing situation of OEM enterprises, and analyzes the reasons for the existing problems. Therefore, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of strategic procurement for OEM enterprises in our country. This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the background, purpose and significance of this writing, and introduces the writing content and research ideas, research methods, and summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad. The second chapter is the theoretical basis of supply chain management and strategic procurement management. By defining the connotation of supply chain and strategic procurement, this chapter analyzes procurement management in supply chain mode and clarifies the importance of supply chain management in strategic procurement. The third chapter is the OEM enterprise procurement management problems and the causes of analysis, mainly in view of the current situation of OEM enterprises to analyze the existing problems in the OEM enterprise procurement management and summed up the reasons. The fourth chapter is the OEM enterprise procurement management problem solving specific plan, through the establishment of strategic procurement team, the use of supply chain model to improve strategic procurement management, To solve the problems existing in OEM strategic procurement, we should perfect the external environment construction of OEM enterprises and establish a perfect OEM purchasing organization structure. The fifth chapter is the strategic purchasing plan and effect evaluation adopted by M Company in G project. Through the actual case analysis, the paper explains the advantages and disadvantages of M Company using strategic purchasing method to implement G project, the opportunities and challenges faced by M Company, and puts forward some concrete countermeasures. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of the research.
