B公司企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)體系改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:企業(yè)的發(fā)展,人才是關(guān)鍵。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速膨脹和全球一體化進(jìn)程的加快,人才逐漸成為企業(yè)間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的實(shí)質(zhì)與核心,加強(qiáng)人才的引進(jìn)和培養(yǎng)也隨之受到各企業(yè)的普遍重視。企業(yè)內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)作為提升員工素質(zhì)、保障人才供給的重要手段和途徑,在現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)管理的理論與實(shí)踐中被廣泛關(guān)注,然而,如何構(gòu)建一個(gè)科學(xué)、合理的培訓(xùn)體系,則需要進(jìn)一步的探索。本文就此問題,結(jié)合實(shí)際工作進(jìn)行了研究。 本文通過綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究、歸納分析和實(shí)證分析等研究方法,從基本概念理清入手,梳理現(xiàn)有研究成果,考察相關(guān)理論背景,以隸屬于中國(guó)石油天然氣集團(tuán)的B公司為例,系統(tǒng)論述了公司培訓(xùn)體系的建立及其相關(guān)問題的解決策略。以B公司為例建立先進(jìn)、高效的企業(yè)培訓(xùn)體系是本文的行文主線,文章從分析該公司企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃和經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r寫起,結(jié)合人力資源和培訓(xùn)的相關(guān)理論,,總結(jié)B公司當(dāng)前員工培訓(xùn)工作的特征和現(xiàn)有培訓(xùn)體系中存在的問題以及成因,并在借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)先進(jìn)培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)B公司培訓(xùn)體系存在的突出問題,從完善培訓(xùn)流程、強(qiáng)化戰(zhàn)略導(dǎo)向、優(yōu)化培訓(xùn)資源體系等幾個(gè)方面對(duì)B公司現(xiàn)有培訓(xùn)體系進(jìn)行改進(jìn)和完善提出具體的解決措施。 面對(duì)日益激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),培養(yǎng)和建設(shè)一支高素質(zhì)的人才隊(duì)伍對(duì)企業(yè)而言至關(guān)重要。公司培訓(xùn)體系設(shè)計(jì)就是通過建立一套科學(xué)、完備的體系,明確企業(yè)培訓(xùn)的目標(biāo)和方法,解決實(shí)際操作中的問題和困難,加強(qiáng)對(duì)企業(yè)員工的培訓(xùn),提升員工素質(zhì),從而持續(xù)提升企業(yè)的業(yè)績(jī),增強(qiáng)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。因而,對(duì)公司員工培訓(xùn)體系設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行研究具有理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文希望能夠通過一些粗淺的分析,結(jié)合筆者多年的培訓(xùn)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出自己的看法和建議,為公司培訓(xùn)體系的完善貢獻(xiàn)點(diǎn)滴力量。
[Abstract]:The development of enterprises, talent is the key. Since the 21st century, with the rapid expansion of knowledge economy and the acceleration of the process of global integration, people have gradually become the essence and core of competition among enterprises. As an important means and way to improve the quality of employees and ensure the supply of talents, internal training in enterprises has been widely concerned in the theory and practice of modern economic management. However, how to build a scientific and reasonable training system, Further exploration is needed. In this paper, this problem is studied in combination with practical work. Through the comprehensive use of literature research, inductive analysis and empirical analysis and other research methods, this paper begins with the basic concepts, combs the existing research results, inspects the relevant theoretical background, and takes B Company, which belongs to China National Petroleum and Gas Corporation, as an example. This paper systematically discusses the establishment of the company's training system and the solutions to the related problems. Taking Company B as an example, establishing advanced and efficient enterprise training system is the main line of this paper. This paper begins with the analysis of the strategic planning and management development of the company, and combines the relevant theories of human resources and training. This paper summarizes the characteristics of current employee training in Company B, the problems existing in the current training system and the causes, and on the basis of drawing lessons from the advanced training experience of domestic and foreign enterprises, aiming at the outstanding problems in the training system of Company B. From the aspects of perfecting the training process, strengthening the strategic orientation and optimizing the training resource system, the author puts forward some concrete measures to improve and perfect the existing training system of B Company. Facing the increasingly fierce market competition, it is very important for enterprises to cultivate and build a high-quality talent team. The design of company training system is to establish a scientific and complete system, to clarify the objectives and methods of enterprise training, to solve the problems and difficulties in practical operation, to strengthen the training of enterprise employees, and to improve the quality of employees. In order to continuously improve the performance of enterprises, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, achieve enterprise development strategy. Therefore, it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the design of employee training system. This paper hopes that through some shallow analysis, combined with the author's training experience for many years, put forward their own views and suggestions, and contribute to the improvement of the company's training system.
