新形勢下W礦業(yè)集團管理創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:當今世界,知識經(jīng)濟的時代已經(jīng)來臨,經(jīng)濟全球化和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化成為經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的兩大趨勢,各國經(jīng)濟聯(lián)系與依賴進一步增強。創(chuàng)新是知識經(jīng)濟時代的重要特征,更是國家興旺發(fā)達的不竭動力。隨著我國加入WTO,融入世界經(jīng)濟的大潮中,是否具備持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力也成為企業(yè)生存發(fā)展的內(nèi)在要求和應對激烈競爭的制勝之道。 大型國有企業(yè)作為我國國民經(jīng)濟的重要支柱,對我國經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展具有重要意義。根據(jù)2013年7月16日財富中文版發(fā)布的2013年中國500強排行榜,上榜企業(yè)前十名均為央企,國有及國有控股企業(yè)仍保持主導地位,占到總數(shù)的62%,營業(yè)收入占81.94%,資產(chǎn)總額占91.26%,利潤總額占85.91%,而且主要集中在采礦、銀行、金屬產(chǎn)品、汽車、貿(mào)易、工程與建筑等領域。但是,由于體制機制的原因,大型國有企業(yè)在發(fā)展中面臨很多問題和挑戰(zhàn),在市場經(jīng)濟環(huán)境下,管理創(chuàng)新作為優(yōu)化配置和有效整合資源的重要手段,已經(jīng)成為我國大型國有企業(yè)求生存、謀發(fā)展的必由之路。 本文以W礦業(yè)集團為例進行管理創(chuàng)新實證分析,在研究思路上,堅持“提出問題-理論研究與文獻綜述-案例分析-得出結論”的邏輯思維,抽絲剝繭,層層推進。在研究方法上,堅持理論聯(lián)系實際,在對管理創(chuàng)新的理論依據(jù)及國內(nèi)外研究成果進行梳理的基礎上,綜合運用SWOT分析法、績效管理、戰(zhàn)略管理、對標管理、組織管理等理論,對W礦業(yè)集團管理創(chuàng)新的背景、環(huán)境、具體實踐及優(yōu)化方案進行綜合分析。在研究內(nèi)容上,堅持由宏觀到微觀、由優(yōu)勢到劣勢、由具體做法到對策建議,從W礦業(yè)集團面臨的宏觀形勢、礦業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境及其管理狀況入手,對其管理創(chuàng)新實踐進行分析,并提出了管理創(chuàng)新優(yōu)化方案。 通過綜合分析和研究,本文認為,W礦業(yè)集團在宏觀經(jīng)濟環(huán)境復雜多變、傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的新形勢下,面對內(nèi)憂外患、機遇與挑戰(zhàn),必須通過增強國內(nèi)資源獲取能力、培養(yǎng)海外拓展與管理能力、采取價值型增長措施、建立科學的資金管理制度保證科研投入、促進金融投資領域向戰(zhàn)略性轉(zhuǎn)化,實現(xiàn)對管理創(chuàng)新的戰(zhàn)略管控;通過強化總部職能和作用、界定管理邊界、健全法人治理結構,理順管理創(chuàng)新的組織結構;通過建立鼓勵創(chuàng)新的管理模式、制定鼓勵創(chuàng)新的管理制度、打造管理創(chuàng)新的人才隊伍,完善鼓勵創(chuàng)新的體制機制;進而通過強化管理創(chuàng)新的文化建設,建立管理創(chuàng)新的評價標準,來實現(xiàn)管理創(chuàng)新和企業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)的提升與飛躍。 W礦業(yè)集團作為大型國有企業(yè)的一個縮影,其管理創(chuàng)新面臨的外部形勢、內(nèi)部環(huán)境和具體實踐,與其他大型國有企業(yè)相比具有很強的共性,本文綜合運用管理創(chuàng)新理論針對其管理創(chuàng)新提出的優(yōu)化方案,對其他大型國有企業(yè)也具有一定的借鑒意義。目前社會上關于管理創(chuàng)新的研究很多,但是通過典型案例分析來折射大型國有企業(yè)管理創(chuàng)新路徑的研究較少,這也是本文研究的初衷。
[Abstract]:In today's world, the era of knowledge economy has come, economic globalization and regional economic integration have become two major trends of economic development, and the economic ties and dependence of various countries have been further strengthened. Innovation is an important feature of the knowledge economy era, and is also the inexhaustible power of national prosperity. With China's entry into the WTO and the tide of the world economy, whether or not we have the ability of sustainable innovation has become the inherent requirement for the survival and development of enterprises and the way to overcome the fierce competition. As an important pillar of our national economy, large-scale state-owned enterprises are of great significance to the economic and social development of our country. According to the 2013 China 500 list released by the Fortune Chinese version on July 16, 2013, the top 10 companies on the list are all state-owned enterprises, while state-owned and state-controlled enterprises remain dominant. The total accounts for 62% of the total, operating income accounts for 81.94, total assets for 91.26, total profits for 85.91, and mainly for mining, banking, metal products, automobiles, trade, engineering and construction. However, because of the institutional mechanism, large state-owned enterprises are faced with many problems and challenges in their development. In the market economy environment, management innovation is an important means to optimize allocation and effectively integrate resources. It has become the only way for large-scale state-owned enterprises to survive and seek development. This article takes W Mining Group as an example to carry on the management innovation demonstration analysis, in the research mentality, insists "raises the question-the theory research and the literature review-the case analysis-draws the conclusion" the logical thought, draws the silk cocoon, advances layer by layer. On the research method, we insist on combining theory with practice, on the basis of combing the theoretical basis of management innovation and domestic and foreign research results, synthetically apply the theories of SWOT analysis, performance management, strategic management, standard management, organization management, etc. The background, environment, concrete practice and optimization scheme of management innovation of W Mining Group are comprehensively analyzed. In the research content, insist from macroscopical to microcosmic, from advantage to disadvantage, from concrete method to countermeasure suggestion, proceed from the macroscopic situation that W mining group faces, mining development environment and its management condition, carry on the analysis to its management innovation practice. And put forward the management innovation optimization scheme. Through comprehensive analysis and research, this paper holds that under the new situation of complex and changeable macroeconomic environment and the transformation and upgrading of traditional industry, in the face of internal and external problems, opportunities and challenges, we must strengthen the ability to obtain domestic resources. Cultivate overseas development and management ability, take value growth measures, establish scientific fund management system to guarantee scientific research investment, promote the strategic transformation of financial investment field, and realize strategic control of management innovation; Through strengthening the functions and functions of the headquarters, defining the management boundary, perfecting the corporate governance structure, straightening out the organizational structure of management innovation, establishing the management model to encourage innovation, establishing the management system to encourage innovation, By strengthening the cultural construction of management innovation and establishing the evaluation standard of management innovation, the quality of management innovation and enterprise development can be promoted and leaped forward. W Mining Group is a microcosm of large state-owned enterprises. The external situation, internal environment and concrete practice of its management innovation have strong commonness compared with other large state-owned enterprises. This article synthetically applies the management innovation theory to its management innovation proposed optimization scheme, also has the certain reference significance to the other large-scale state-owned enterprises. At present, there are a lot of researches on management innovation in society, but there are few researches on how to reflect the path of management innovation in large state-owned enterprises through typical case analysis, which is the original intention of this paper.
