【摘要】：擁有先進(jìn)的管理模式，是一個(gè)企業(yè)走向成功的重要保證，“三流企業(yè)靠生產(chǎn)，二流企業(yè)靠技術(shù)，一流企業(yè)靠管理”，在競爭日趨激烈的形勢下，每個(gè)企業(yè)都在積極探索適應(yīng)市場需要，符合企業(yè)特點(diǎn)的管理模式。 一體化管理作為國際上先進(jìn)的施工管理模式，于2005年被引入我國，在石化工程建設(shè)的大型設(shè)備吊裝中得以實(shí)施，其以在資源優(yōu)化、降本增效方面的具大優(yōu)勢，給大型設(shè)備吊裝管理帶來巨大飛躍和創(chuàng)新。但任何新的先進(jìn)的管理模式都不會自由地落地生根，開花結(jié)果，只有當(dāng)新的先進(jìn)的管理模式被富有創(chuàng)造精神的人結(jié)合其特點(diǎn)將之與新環(huán)境結(jié)合起來，并根據(jù)環(huán)境的變化不斷完善、總結(jié)、發(fā)展，使之更加適合新環(huán)境，更加茁壯生長，才更能發(fā)揮出其巨大的能量與作用。 本文結(jié)合大型設(shè)備吊裝一體化管理在我國幾個(gè)大型石油化工項(xiàng)目中的成功實(shí)踐，并具體選取青島大煉油項(xiàng)目典型的成功案例，，深入探討大型設(shè)備吊裝一體化管理的內(nèi)涵，分析運(yùn)行中的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，問題和應(yīng)對措施，并對今后完善大型設(shè)備吊裝一體化管理并再上一個(gè)臺階提出建議和展望。
[Abstract]:Having an advanced management model is an important guarantee for the success of an enterprise. "Third-rate enterprises rely on production, second-rate enterprises rely on technology and first-class enterprises rely on management." under the increasingly fierce competition, Each enterprise is actively exploring a management model that meets the needs of the market and conforms to the characteristics of the enterprise. Integrated management, as an advanced construction management mode in the world, was introduced into China in 2005 and has been implemented in the lifting of large equipment in petrochemical engineering construction. It has great advantages in optimizing resources and reducing cost and increasing efficiency. To large equipment hoisting management brings great leaps and innovations. But any new advanced management model will not take root freely and bear fruit, only when the new advanced management model is combined with the new environment by the creative spirit people. According to the change of the environment, it can be improved, summarized and developed to make it more suitable for the new environment and grow stronger, so that it can play its great energy and function. This paper combines the successful practice of integrated management of large equipment hoisting in several large petrochemical projects in China, and selects typical successful cases of large oil refining projects in Qingdao, and probes into the connotation of integrated management of large equipment hoisting. This paper analyzes the advantages, problems and countermeasures in operation, and puts forward suggestions and prospects for improving the integrated management of large equipment hoisting and mounting in the future.
