【摘要】：在綜述近期煤炭市場一些主要預(yù)測觀點的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了影響煤炭價格的規(guī)律性因素及最新形勢,預(yù)測了2014下半年至2015年煤炭及相關(guān)行業(yè)市場走勢。在此行業(yè)背景下,探討了煤炭行業(yè)新一輪并購重組的機遇,以及提高產(chǎn)業(yè)集中度的可能,并對煤炭行業(yè)并購重組戰(zhàn)略提出建議。
[Abstract]:On the basis of summarizing some main forecasting viewpoints of coal market in the near future, this paper analyzes the regular factors affecting coal price and the latest situation, and forecasts the market trend of coal and related industries from the second half of 2014 to 2015. Under this background, this paper discusses the opportunity of new round of M & A and reorganization of coal industry, and the possibility of improving the degree of industrial concentration, and puts forward some suggestions on the strategy of M & A and reorganization of coal industry.
