【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的復(fù)蘇和發(fā)展,稀土資源作為重要的戰(zhàn)略資源,其在各領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用范圍越來(lái)越廣泛,,特別是在推動(dòng)科技創(chuàng)新、促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化升級(jí)等方面發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越重要的作用。廣東省是我國(guó)稀土礦產(chǎn)資源種類最齊全的省份之一,并以世界少有的離子型重稀土為主,且儲(chǔ)量巨大。廣東稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)過(guò)幾十年的發(fā)展,基本形成了比較完善的稀土工業(yè)體系,在稀土選礦、分離及冶煉技術(shù)等方面已達(dá)到國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平,初步形成了具有一定區(qū)域特色的稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)群。 本文以GD稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)公司作為課題研究對(duì)象,首先對(duì)稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究的歷史背景和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單概括,系統(tǒng)闡述了論文研究過(guò)程中所應(yīng)用的戰(zhàn)略管理理論,借助企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論中的PEST方法、波特五力模型、SWOT矩陣模型等分析工具,系統(tǒng)分析了集團(tuán)公司發(fā)展稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境及其自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,對(duì)GD稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)公司發(fā)展面臨的機(jī)會(huì)與威脅、優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行了深入研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了GD稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)公司發(fā)展的總體思路、目標(biāo)及發(fā)展方向和重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域,設(shè)計(jì)了GD稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略模式。GD稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)公司發(fā)展應(yīng)充分發(fā)揮稀土資源優(yōu)勢(shì)、良好的產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)和科研開發(fā)優(yōu)勢(shì),大力實(shí)施控制資源戰(zhàn)略、縱向一體化戰(zhàn)咯、集群化戰(zhàn)略及并購(gòu)、重組和聯(lián)盟戰(zhàn)略。同時(shí),為保證戰(zhàn)略的順利實(shí)施,制定了一系列保障措施,以確保實(shí)現(xiàn)GD稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)公司發(fā)展的總體戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),進(jìn)一步做大做強(qiáng)廣東稀土產(chǎn)業(yè),把稀土資源優(yōu)勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)化為經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢(shì)。 本課題的研究從目前我國(guó)稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境的實(shí)際出發(fā),對(duì)提升GD稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)公司核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面具有一定的借鑒意義,也對(duì)如何提升稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整體水平及發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the recovery and development of the global economy, rare earth resources, as an important strategic resource, are increasingly widely used in various fields, especially in promoting scientific and technological innovation. Promoting industrial optimization and upgrading is playing a more and more important role. Guangdong Province is one of the provinces with the most complete rare earth mineral resources in China, and the rare ion heavy rare earths are the main ones in the world, and the reserves are huge. After decades of development, the rare earth industry in Guangdong has basically formed a relatively perfect rare earth industrial system, and has reached an international advanced level in rare earth mineral processing, separation and smelting technology. A rare earth industrial cluster with certain regional characteristics was initially formed. In this paper, GD rare earth industry group company is taken as the research object. Firstly, the historical background and practical significance of the research on the development strategy of rare earth industry are briefly summarized, and the strategic management theory applied in the research process is systematically expounded. With the help of the PEST method in the theory of enterprise strategic management and the analysis tools such as Porter's five-force model and SWOT matrix model, this paper systematically analyzes the internal and external environment of the development of rare earth industry and its own competitiveness. The opportunities and threats, advantages and disadvantages of GD rare earth industry group are studied. On this basis, the general ideas, objectives, development direction and key areas of GD rare earth industry group company are put forward. The development strategy mode of GD rare earth industry group company is designed. The development of GD rare earth industry group company should give full play to the advantages of rare earth resources, good industrial foundation and scientific research and development advantages, vigorously implement the strategy of controlling resources, and fight for vertical integration. Cluster strategy and M & A, reorganization and alliance strategy. At the same time, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy, a series of safeguard measures have been formulated to ensure that the overall strategic objectives of GD rare earth industry group company are realized, and that the Guangdong rare earth industry is further expanded and strengthened. The advantages of rare earth resources will be transformed into economic advantages. The research of this topic is based on the reality of the present competition environment of rare earth industry in our country, which has certain reference significance in improving the core competitiveness of GD rare earth industry group company and optimizing the industrial structure, etc. Also how to improve the overall level of rare earth industry chain and development strategy has certain guiding significance.
