MH公司未來(lái)五年人力資源規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)與技術(shù)的發(fā)展,人的智力因素和主觀能動(dòng)性在其從事的工作中起到的作用越來(lái)越重要和明顯,F(xiàn)在大家普遍認(rèn)同的一個(gè)觀點(diǎn)是沒(méi)有任何一個(gè)人在工作中是無(wú)用的,關(guān)健是看是否將他放到了合適的崗位。企業(yè)通過(guò)制定人力資源規(guī)劃,可以對(duì)將來(lái)一定時(shí)期內(nèi)的人力資源質(zhì)量和數(shù)量的需求進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),根據(jù)不斷變化的人力資源的供給和需求環(huán)境,制定企業(yè)人員引進(jìn)與配置、人員培養(yǎng)與提升、人員使用、評(píng)價(jià)與激勵(lì)等方面的人力資源實(shí)施方案,為企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)提供人力保障。 本文以MH公司為研究對(duì)像,首先對(duì)MH公司現(xiàn)有人力資源情況進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析,找出MH公司人力資源現(xiàn)狀存在的問(wèn)題。其次利用經(jīng)驗(yàn)法和趨勢(shì)推理法對(duì)未來(lái)五年MH公司的人力資源需求情況進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),對(duì)內(nèi)部供給和外部供給情況進(jìn)行分析。通過(guò)以上的工作,結(jié)合MH公司的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),制定出未來(lái)五年人力資源發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、人才隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)提升規(guī)劃,進(jìn)而制定出包括員工職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展體系建設(shè)、員工培訓(xùn)體系建設(shè)、員工調(diào)配與招聘體系建設(shè)、薪酬體系建設(shè)、考核體系建設(shè)在內(nèi)的人力資源具體規(guī)劃。最后為了確保方案能夠順利實(shí)施,提出了包括理念倡導(dǎo)、機(jī)制、體制建設(shè)、用人環(huán)境建設(shè)等措施在內(nèi)的保障措施。 論文結(jié)合MH公司的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,通過(guò)定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)未來(lái)五年MH公司的人力資源發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行了研究。對(duì)同類(lèi)企業(yè)也具有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the role of human intelligence and subjective initiative is becoming more and more important and obvious. Now it is generally recognized that no one is useless in the work, Guan Jian is to see if he put him in the right position. The enterprise is making human resources by making human resources. Planning, we can predict the quality and quantity of human resources in a certain period of time. According to the supply and demand environment of the constantly changing human resources, we can formulate the implementation plan of human resources in the aspects of personnel introduction and allocation, personnel training and promotion, personnel use, evaluation and incentive, and the realization of the strategic objectives of the enterprise. Provide human security.
In this paper, MH company is used to analyze and analyze the existing human resource situation of MH company, and to find out the existing problems of human resources in MH company. Secondly, we use empirical method and trend reasoning method to predict the human resource requirements of MH company in the next five years, and analyze the internal supply and external supply situation. The above work, combined with the strategic objectives of MH company, formulates the development strategy of human resources in the next five years and the planning for improving the quality of talent team, and then formulates human resources including the construction of staff career development system, staff training system construction, staff allocation and recruitment system construction, salary system construction and assessment system construction. At last, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the scheme, the safeguard measures, including concept advocacy, mechanism, system construction, and human environment construction, are put forward.
Based on the strategic planning of MH company, the paper studies the human resource development of MH company in the next five years by combining qualitative and quantitative methods. It also has a certain reference for similar enterprises.
