【摘要】：T公司在石油勘探、地震、鉆井、完井以及人工舉升方面都具有很強(qiáng)的全球競爭力。本文以T公司人工舉升模塊新的供應(yīng)鏈采購流程模式為基礎(chǔ)，對新的供應(yīng)鏈采購流程再造進(jìn)行深入研究。 本文結(jié)合T公司的秋明生產(chǎn)中心（簡稱為TPC），從天津西青生產(chǎn)中心（簡稱為XPC）零配件采購的實(shí)際情況，針對目前制造業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈采購流程再造的現(xiàn)狀，通過闡述供應(yīng)鏈管理理論，運(yùn)用業(yè)務(wù)流程再造理論（Business ProcessReengineering，BPR），結(jié)合ASME方法（American Society of Mechanical Engineers）和價(jià)值流分析法，，對舊的供應(yīng)鏈散件采購流程模式中的訂單管理，質(zhì)量控制管理和倉儲(chǔ)管理進(jìn)行分析和診斷，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，建立新的采購流程優(yōu)化方案，新的方案實(shí)施后，對新舊兩種供應(yīng)鏈散件采購流程進(jìn)行對比分析研究，發(fā)現(xiàn)新的供應(yīng)鏈散件采購流程的優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:T is globally competitive in oil exploration, earthquakes, drilling, completion and manual lift. Based on the new supply chain procurement process model of T Company, this paper makes a deep research on the new supply chain procurement process reengineering. In this paper, according to the actual situation of purchasing spare parts in Tianjin Xiqing production Center (XPC), according to the current situation of procurement process reengineering in manufacturing supply chain, the theory of supply chain management is expounded. Using the theory of Business process Reengineering (BPR), combining ASME method with American Society of Mechanical Engineers) and value flow analysis, this paper analyzes and diagnoses the order management, quality control management and warehousing management in the old supply chain bulk purchase process, and finds out the problems. After the implementation of the new scheme, the paper makes a comparative analysis of the two new and old supply chain bulk purchasing processes, and finds out the advantages of the new supply chain bulk purchase process.
