【摘要】:經(jīng)濟在騰飛,全球化在不斷發(fā)展,實力強大的國外企業(yè)直接與本土企業(yè)進行競爭。發(fā)展離不開供應(yīng)鏈管理等先進的管理理念的實施,為增強企業(yè)競爭力,發(fā)揮供應(yīng)鏈管理的優(yōu)勢,對企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理進行優(yōu)化研究就很有意義。 由于行業(yè)特點和發(fā)展問題,相對傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)來說,我國建筑業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理發(fā)展落后,還存在不少問題,如,觀念落后、供應(yīng)鏈管理執(zhí)行不到位、供應(yīng)鏈監(jiān)控不到位等等,供應(yīng)鏈管理整體水平不高,運行效率低下。本文以此為著眼點,運用理論結(jié)合實際、定量與定性相結(jié)合的方法對我國建筑供應(yīng)鏈管理優(yōu)化進行研究。目前,我國的建筑項目管理模式較多,總承包模式運用得最普遍,因此,本文選定總承包模式下的建筑供應(yīng)鏈管理進行研究。 本文首先分析了建筑行業(yè)的背景和相關(guān)的基礎(chǔ)理論知識,對我國建筑業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理現(xiàn)狀進行了研究和評價,系統(tǒng)全面的分析了我國建筑供應(yīng)鏈管理的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,運用約束理論的迷霧法對我國建筑業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理的約束因子進行分析,最終認(rèn)定評價體系不科學(xué)、供應(yīng)鏈成員關(guān)系不良等是建筑供應(yīng)鏈管理的瓶頸。評價體系不科學(xué)將導(dǎo)致的供應(yīng)鏈運行監(jiān)控不足、缺乏供應(yīng)鏈意識導(dǎo)向的激勵和評價、不能較科學(xué)客觀評價不同的供應(yīng)鏈成員的不同貢獻等一系列問題。另外,設(shè)計了基于TOC的我國建筑供應(yīng)鏈績效評價模型,通過設(shè)置定性和定量的目標(biāo)、聯(lián)系整體利益與供應(yīng)鏈成員的個體利益,以前既能比較好的考察建筑供應(yīng)鏈管理情況,也能將供應(yīng)鏈成員的決策起點由單個企業(yè)引導(dǎo)到供應(yīng)鏈整體上來。在這過程中,,運用到了TOC理論的CRT和FRT圖等工具,在指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)的整理處,運用到了定量分析的方法。整個流程為:以激發(fā)方案突破口,運用供應(yīng)鏈管理理論、TOC等理論和工具,在集成供應(yīng)鏈管理思想的指導(dǎo)下,建立以戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟為基礎(chǔ),以IT技術(shù)為支柱,以文化機制、信任機制、合理的利益分配機制為保障的優(yōu)化模式。 論文對我國的建筑業(yè)企業(yè)從供應(yīng)鏈管理的角度進行研究,為我國建筑總承包企業(yè)進行供應(yīng)鏈管理提供理論上的支持。期望本文能夠為企業(yè)在加強建筑供應(yīng)鏈管理的性能、增強企業(yè)競爭力等方面貢獻微薄之力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and globalization, the powerful foreign enterprises directly compete with the local enterprises. Development is inseparable from the implementation of advanced management concepts such as supply chain management. In order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and give full play to the advantages of supply chain management, it is of great significance to optimize the enterprise supply chain management. Because of industry characteristics and development problems, compared with the traditional manufacturing industry, the development of supply chain management in China's construction industry is backward, there are still many problems, such as backward concept, inadequate implementation of supply chain management, inadequate supply chain monitoring and so on. The overall level of supply chain management is not high and the operation efficiency is low. This paper studies the optimization of construction supply chain management in our country by combining theory with practice, quantitative and qualitative analysis. At present, there are many construction project management modes in our country, and the general contracting mode is most widely used. Therefore, this paper chooses the construction supply chain management under the general contracting mode to carry on the research. Firstly, this paper analyzes the background of the construction industry and related basic theoretical knowledge, studies and evaluates the current situation of supply chain management in China's construction industry, and systematically and comprehensively analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the construction supply chain management in China. This paper analyzes the constraint factors of supply chain management in construction industry by using the fog method of constraint theory, and finally concludes that the unscientific evaluation system and poor supply chain membership are the bottlenecks of construction supply chain management. Unscientific evaluation system will lead to insufficient monitoring of supply chain operation, lack of supply chain consciousness oriented incentive and evaluation, can not scientifically and objectively evaluate the different contributions of different supply chain members, and so on. In addition, the performance evaluation model of Chinese construction supply chain based on TOC is designed. By setting qualitative and quantitative objectives, connecting the overall interests with the individual interests of the members of the supply chain, we can better investigate the construction supply chain management in the past. It can also guide the decision-making starting point of supply chain members from a single enterprise to the supply chain as a whole. In this process, the CRT and FRT diagrams of TOC theory are used, and the quantitative analysis method is applied to the collation of the index data. The whole process is as follows: to stimulate the project breakthrough, to use the theory of supply chain management and other theories and tools, under the guidance of integrated supply chain management, to establish strategic alliance as the foundation, IT technology as the pillar, cultural mechanism, trust mechanism, etc. The reasonable benefit distribution mechanism is the guarantee optimization mode. This paper studies the supply chain management of construction enterprises in our country, and provides theoretical support for the supply chain management of construction general contracting enterprises in our country. It is expected that this paper can contribute to the performance of construction supply chain management and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
