【摘要】：隨著電力體制的改革和計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,電力營銷已經(jīng)逐漸成為各供電公司等提高管理層次、工作效率和客戶滿意度的重要措施,而業(yè)擴(kuò)報(bào)裝是電力營銷的重要部分。本文分析了業(yè)擴(kuò)報(bào)裝的研究背景和意義,闡述了為什么要設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)業(yè)擴(kuò)報(bào)裝系統(tǒng),對當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外業(yè)擴(kuò)報(bào)裝研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了簡單分析。以昌平供電公司業(yè)擴(kuò)報(bào)裝工作為分析對象,首先,對其業(yè)擴(kuò)報(bào)裝管理體系進(jìn)行了研究,其中重點(diǎn)介紹了昌平供電公司業(yè)擴(kuò)報(bào)裝業(yè)務(wù)概況、業(yè)擴(kuò)報(bào)裝內(nèi)部流程圖和保證業(yè)務(wù)正常進(jìn)行所采取的管理措施,并對報(bào)裝流程中各個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)上的工作進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的描述。其次,分析了該管理體系在報(bào)裝流程設(shè)計(jì)和業(yè)務(wù)管理措施上存在的不足,針對此問題,本文以統(tǒng)一目標(biāo)、統(tǒng)一指揮、分工協(xié)作等指導(dǎo)原則為基礎(chǔ),分別提出了針對報(bào)裝流程和管理措施的改進(jìn)方案,其中報(bào)裝流程的改進(jìn)集中于利用WBS對現(xiàn)有的業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行任務(wù)分解,按照用電客戶類型進(jìn)行不同的組合,以達(dá)到客戶高效、經(jīng)濟(jì)用電的目的；而對管理措施的改進(jìn)則主要集中于利用績效考核、業(yè)務(wù)反饋、業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)等手段提高工作人員的服務(wù)質(zhì)量,建立良好的品牌效應(yīng)。最后,針對昌平供電公司業(yè)擴(kuò)報(bào)裝管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)上存在的問題,明確了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的目標(biāo)和功能,分析了客戶需求,在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了改進(jìn)的業(yè)擴(kuò)報(bào)裝管理系統(tǒng),并對該系統(tǒng)的所有功能模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的描述。這些改進(jìn)對未來昌平供電公司業(yè)擴(kuò)報(bào)裝流程的發(fā)展有一定的實(shí)際意義。
[Abstract]:With the reform of electric power system and the development of computer technology, electric power marketing has gradually become an important measure to improve the management level, work efficiency and customer satisfaction of power supply companies. This paper analyzes the research background and significance of the industry expansion, explains why it is necessary to design and develop the industry expansion system, and makes a brief analysis of the current research situation of the industry expansion at home and abroad. Taking Changping Power supply Company as the object of analysis, firstly, the paper studies the management system of Changping Power supply Company, especially introduces the general situation of Changping Power supply Company's business expansion. The internal flow chart of business expansion and the management measures adopted to ensure the normal operation of the business are also described in detail. Secondly, it analyzes the shortcomings of the management system in the process design and business management measures. In view of this problem, this paper is based on the guiding principles of unified goal, unified command, division of labor and cooperation, etc. In this paper, we put forward the improvement scheme of the report and load flow and management measures respectively, where the improvement of the offer and load process focuses on the task decomposition of the existing business process by using WBS, and different combinations according to the type of electricity customers, in order to achieve high efficiency of the customers. The purpose of economic power consumption, while the improvement of management measures is mainly focused on the use of performance appraisal, business feedback, business training and other means to improve the service quality of staff, establish a good brand effect. Finally, aiming at the problems existing in the design of Changping power supply company's industry expansion management system, this paper clarifies the system design objectives and functions, analyzes the customer's demand, and puts forward an improved industry expansion management system based on this. All the function modules of the system are described in detail. These improvements will be of practical significance to the future development of Changping Power supply Company.
