【摘要】：改革開放以來,中國迎來了高速發(fā)展的時代,尤其是十幾年來,各個地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)水平均有了大幅度的提高。隨之而來的關(guān)于競爭力的研究也在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域愈演愈熱。而國內(nèi)各區(qū)域之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)競爭主要體現(xiàn)在區(qū)域間的產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭。所以,提高區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力,是各區(qū)域提高自身地位,促進(jìn)地區(qū)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素。而作為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱,工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)是衡量一個地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和綜合實力的重要指標(biāo)之一。因此,研究區(qū)域工業(yè)競爭力便顯得很有必要。 江蘇省地處東南沿海地區(qū),地理位置優(yōu)越,是中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)之一。而經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,離不開工業(yè)的助推。通過研究江蘇省工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的競爭力狀況,可以找出其產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)劣性,進(jìn)而針對性地提出政策建議,對保持優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)地位,促進(jìn)江蘇省經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展,具有積極的意義。 該文在研究江蘇省工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力時,主要根據(jù)以下幾個方面進(jìn)行展開：行文開篇,簡要介紹國內(nèi)外產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的研究現(xiàn)狀的理論綜述,在此基礎(chǔ)上,從整體和行業(yè)角度選取江蘇省工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行定性分析,以便對江蘇工業(yè)發(fā)展有一個初步的了解；然后,運用主成分分析法,根據(jù)指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建原則和相關(guān)研究成果,分4個方面選取17個指標(biāo),構(gòu)建江蘇省工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力指標(biāo)體系。搜集2007年至2011年全國31個省份的指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù),利用SPSS17.0進(jìn)行定量分析,得出影響江蘇省工業(yè)發(fā)展的主成分因子及相關(guān)排名,綜合評價江蘇省在全國的工業(yè)競爭力水平；接下來,運用Esteban-Marquillas的偏離份額拓展模型分析江蘇省各工業(yè)行業(yè)與全國相比的偏離情況,分析發(fā)現(xiàn),江蘇省工業(yè)整體競爭力較強,但部分行業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,資源配置和專業(yè)化程度低；最后,結(jié)合以上定性與定量分析中所得出的結(jié)論和發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,對江蘇省工業(yè)競爭力情況進(jìn)行總結(jié),提出相關(guān)建議,并闡述本文的不足及展望。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China has ushered in the era of rapid development, especially in the past ten years, the economic level of each region has been greatly improved.The subsequent research on competitiveness is also becoming more and more hot in related fields.The economic competition among different regions in China is mainly reflected in the industrial competition among regions.Therefore, to improve the competitiveness of regional industries is the key factor to improve their status and promote regional development.As the pillar of national economy, industrial industry is one of the important indexes to measure the economic development and comprehensive strength of a region.Therefore, it is necessary to study the regional industrial competitiveness.Jiangsu Province is located in the southeast coastal area, the geographical position is superior, is one of China's economically developed regions.And the economic development, inseparable from the boost of industry.By studying the competitive power of the industrial industry in Jiangsu Province, we can find out the advantages and disadvantages of the industrial development of Jiangsu Province, and then put forward some policy suggestions in order to maintain the superior industrial status and promote the rapid and stable development of the economy of Jiangsu Province.Have a positive significance.In this paper, the industrial competitiveness of Jiangsu Province is studied in the following aspects: the beginning of the article, a brief introduction of the domestic and foreign industrial competitiveness of the theoretical review, on the basis of this,In order to have a preliminary understanding of Jiangsu's industrial development, we select the relevant data of Jiangsu's industrial industry from the perspective of whole and industry for qualitative analysis. Then, we use the principal component analysis method, according to the principle of constructing index system and related research results,In this paper, 17 indexes are selected in four aspects to construct the index system of Jiangsu's industrial competitiveness.Collect the index data of 31 provinces from 2007 to 2011, use SPSS17.0 to carry on quantitative analysis, get the principal component factor and relative rank that influence Jiangsu's industrial development, evaluate the level of industrial competitiveness of Jiangsu Province in the whole country synthetically; next,By using Esteban-Marquillas 's deviation share expansion model, this paper analyzes the deviation of Jiangsu's industrial industries compared with the whole country, and finds that Jiangsu's overall industrial competitiveness is relatively strong, but the industrial structure of some industries is unreasonable, and the degree of resource allocation and specialization is low.Finally, combined with the conclusions and problems of the above qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper summarizes the industrial competitiveness of Jiangsu Province, puts forward some relevant suggestions, and expounds the shortcomings and prospects of this paper.
