【摘要】：隨著科技產(chǎn)業(yè)化和高新科技的發(fā)展,不斷促進了知識經(jīng)濟的誕生和發(fā)展。如今世界競爭日益加劇,技術和知識在經(jīng)濟增長中的地位與日俱增,一個國家能否保持技術上的優(yōu)勢是該國的綜合國力和國際競爭力強弱的決定因素,而對于企業(yè)來說,生產(chǎn)技術改造的經(jīng)濟效益也直接影響著公司的發(fā)展。因此,探索生產(chǎn)技術改造所帶來的經(jīng)濟效益改變以及其中存在的問題,并根據(jù)企業(yè)的實際情況和企業(yè)所處的環(huán)境提出改進辦法,對于企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)技術改造及其將來的發(fā)展都有著十分重要的意義。本文以龍騰鋼鐵高強度鋼生產(chǎn)技改項目的經(jīng)濟評價為主線,提出了適用于現(xiàn)代社會企業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展需要的生產(chǎn)技改項目經(jīng)濟評價的指標。并結合當前企業(yè)生產(chǎn)技改項目經(jīng)濟評價現(xiàn)狀,提出了切實可行的預測和評價方法。通過對龍騰鋼鐵高強度鋼生產(chǎn)技術改造項目經(jīng)濟效益概念加以界定,分析了它的形成機理、影響因素和評價指標,提出了鋼鐵企業(yè)經(jīng)濟評價理論。通過AHP-模糊評價法構建了鋼鐵企業(yè)經(jīng)濟評價指標體系,并對龍騰鋼鐵進行了經(jīng)濟評價。最后在構建出的鋼鐵企業(yè)經(jīng)濟評價指標體系的基礎上,結合企業(yè)實際,根據(jù)每項指標的權重和評測得分,計算出鋼鐵企業(yè)經(jīng)濟綜合評價結果,并根據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析結果,得到提高機組所降低熱耗和設備所省電量可以提高高強度鋼生產(chǎn)技術改造的經(jīng)濟效益,而且根據(jù)這些因素對與高強度鋼生產(chǎn)技術改造的經(jīng)濟效益的影響程度以及具體項目的實際情況,可以評價出高強度鋼生產(chǎn)技術改造項目總的經(jīng)濟效益。
[Abstract]:With the industrialization of science and technology and the development of high-tech, continuously promoted the birth and development of knowledge economy.Nowadays, the competition in the world is increasing day by day, and the position of technology and knowledge in economic growth is increasing day by day. Whether a country can maintain its technological superiority is the decisive factor of its comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness.The economic benefits of the technical transformation of production also directly affect the development of the company.Therefore, to explore the changes in economic benefits brought about by the transformation of production technology and the problems existing therein, and to propose improvement measures according to the actual situation of the enterprise and the environment in which the enterprise is located,It is of great significance for the transformation of production technology and its development in the future.Based on the economic evaluation of Longteng Iron and Steel High-Strength Steel production Technical Reform Project, this paper puts forward the economic evaluation indexes suitable for the economic development of modern social enterprises.Combining with the present situation of economic evaluation of enterprise's technical innovation project, the feasible prediction and evaluation methods are put forward.This paper defines the concept of economic benefit of Longteng Iron and Steel High strength Steel production Technical Transformation Project, analyzes its forming mechanism, influencing factors and evaluation indexes, and puts forward the economic evaluation theory of iron and steel enterprises.The economic evaluation index system of iron and steel enterprises was constructed by AHP- fuzzy evaluation method, and the economic evaluation of Longteng Iron and Steel was carried out.Finally, on the basis of the economic evaluation index system of iron and steel enterprises, combined with the actual enterprise, according to the weight of each index and the evaluation score, the comprehensive economic evaluation results of iron and steel enterprises are calculated, and according to the results of statistical analysis,The economic benefits of the technical transformation of high strength steel can be improved by increasing the heat consumption of the unit and saving the electric energy of the equipment.According to the influence of these factors on the economic benefit of the technical transformation of high strength steel production and the actual situation of the specific project, the total economic benefit of the technical transformation project of high strength steel production can be evaluated.
