【摘要】：在人們公認(rèn)的21世紀(jì)兩大主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)中，一個(gè)是信息產(chǎn)業(yè)，另一個(gè)即是生物工程產(chǎn)業(yè)。云南是我國(guó)著名的生物資源富集區(qū)，享有“植物王國(guó)”、“香料王國(guó)”、“花卉之鄉(xiāng)”、“藥物寶庫”、“生物資源基因庫”等美譽(yù)。云南生物資源品種之豐富，儲(chǔ)量及發(fā)展?jié)摿χ�，，均為全�?guó)之冠。醫(yī)藥流通業(yè)作為藥品從生產(chǎn)企業(yè)到達(dá)醫(yī)院、藥店等銷售終端的必經(jīng)環(huán)節(jié)，是藥品市場(chǎng)擴(kuò)容的最直接受益者，在擁有如此優(yōu)勢(shì)的情況下，云南藥品流通行業(yè)是否能夠抓住這個(gè)千載難逢的機(jī)遇，如何發(fā)展必將對(duì)云南醫(yī)藥行業(yè)的發(fā)展起到至關(guān)重要的作用，本文就此進(jìn)行一定的研究，希望能夠推動(dòng)云南省的醫(yī)藥發(fā)展更上一個(gè)新的臺(tái)階。 本文通過分析云南省藥品流通行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，進(jìn)而分析了藥品流通行業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問題。然后通過對(duì)藥品流通行業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行SWOT分析，分析了藥品流通業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。同時(shí)借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外藥品流通行業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)，針對(duì)藥品流通行業(yè)發(fā)展中存在問題提出解決對(duì)策：理順?biāo)幤妨魍ㄐ袠I(yè)發(fā)展管理體制、調(diào)整云南省藥品流通行業(yè)發(fā)展布局、提高云南省藥品流通行業(yè)流通組織化現(xiàn)代化水平、突出特色，完善網(wǎng)絡(luò)，建設(shè)高效物流體系、做大流通主體，增強(qiáng)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力、突出我省藥品流通行業(yè)發(fā)展特色、開拓國(guó)際市場(chǎng)，加快“走出去”步伐、啟動(dòng)“藥品流通信息系統(tǒng)”建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Among the two leading industries in the 21st century, one is information industry and the other is bioengineering industry.Yunnan is a famous rich region of biological resources in China. Yunnan enjoys the reputation of "plant kingdom", "spice kingdom", "hometown of flowers", "treasure house of medicine", "gene bank of biological resources" and so on.Yunnan biological resources are rich in species, reserves and development potential, are the top in the country.The pharmaceutical circulation industry is the most direct beneficiary of the expansion of the pharmaceutical market as a necessary link for the pharmaceutical industry to reach the sales terminals such as hospitals and pharmacies from the manufacturing enterprises. Under the circumstances of such advantages,Whether Yunnan pharmaceutical circulation industry can seize this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and how to develop it will play a vital role in the development of Yunnan pharmaceutical industry.I hope to promote the development of medicine in Yunnan Province to a new level.This paper analyzes the current situation of drug circulation industry in Yunnan Province, and then analyzes the problems existing in the development of drug circulation industry.Then, through the SWOT analysis of the development of the drug circulation industry, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the development of the drug circulation industry are analyzed.At the same time, referring to the development experience of drug circulation industry at home and abroad, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems existing in the development of drug circulation industry: straightening out the development management system of drug circulation industry and adjusting the development layout of drug circulation industry in Yunnan Province.To improve the level of organized modernization of drug circulation in Yunnan Province, to highlight the characteristics, to perfect the network, to build an efficient logistics system, to enlarge the circulation subject, to enhance the competitive strength of enterprises, and to highlight the characteristics of the development of the pharmaceutical circulation industry in our province.Open up the international market, speed up the pace of "going out", and start the construction of "Drug Circulation Information system".
