【摘要】：為貴州礦產(chǎn)區(qū)域制定農(nóng)村農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展策略提供參考依據(jù),以貴州省9個市(州)為研究對象,通過構(gòu)建評價指標(biāo)體系和耦合協(xié)調(diào)度評價模型,對礦產(chǎn)資源開發(fā)與社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和生態(tài)環(huán)境保護之間的耦合協(xié)調(diào)度進行研究。結(jié)果表明:六盤水市和畢節(jié)市礦產(chǎn)資源開發(fā)的綜合指數(shù)相對較高,礦業(yè)總產(chǎn)值水平居全省前三位,該區(qū)域內(nèi)主產(chǎn)的煤、鐵和金礦產(chǎn)值占全省總礦業(yè)產(chǎn)值的71%。貴州經(jīng)濟發(fā)展極不均衡,貴陽市和遵義市的GDP居全省前二位,經(jīng)濟實力較強,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的綜合指數(shù)分別為1.0和0.790;而銅仁地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展較落后,其經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的綜合指數(shù)僅0.166。貴陽市和六盤水市生態(tài)保護的綜合指數(shù)較高。貴州省在礦產(chǎn)資源開發(fā)與生態(tài)保護和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的復(fù)合系統(tǒng)中存在著耦合協(xié)調(diào)困境,大部分地區(qū)處于中等協(xié)調(diào)的耦合水平,子系統(tǒng)之間共振表現(xiàn)不佳,正向促進和反饋作用未得到充分發(fā)揮,耦合協(xié)調(diào)度在空間上分布不均,以貴陽市耦合協(xié)調(diào)度最強,為第1梯度;西半部的遵義市、畢節(jié)市、六盤水市、黔西南州和安順市處于第2梯度,東半部的黔南州、黔東南州和銅仁市處于耦合協(xié)調(diào)度的第3梯度。
[Abstract]:This paper provides a reference for Guizhou mineral region to formulate the strategy of sustainable development of rural agriculture. Taking 9 cities (prefectures) of Guizhou Province as the research object, the evaluation index system and the evaluation model of coupling coordination degree are constructed.The degree of coupling coordination between mineral resources exploitation, social and economic development and ecological environment protection is studied.The results show that the comprehensive index of mineral resources development in Liupanshui and Bijie is relatively high, the level of total mining output value ranks first three in the province, and the output value of coal, iron and gold in this region accounts for 71% of the total mining output value of the whole province.Guizhou's economic development is extremely unbalanced, Guiyang and Zunyi are the top two in the province, with strong economic strength, the comprehensive index of economic development is 1. 0 and 0. 790 respectively, while the comprehensive index of economic development is only 0. 166 in Tongren.The comprehensive index of ecological protection in Guiyang and Liupanshui is high.In Guizhou Province, there is a dilemma of coupling and coordination in the complex system of mineral resources development, ecological protection and economic development. Most of the areas are at a medium level of coordination, and the resonance between subsystems is not good.The positive promotion and feedback are not given full play, and the degree of coupling coordination is unevenly distributed in space, with Guiyang as the strongest coupling and coordination degree as the first gradient; Zunyi City, Bijie City, Liupanshui City in the western half,Qianxinan and Anshun are in the second gradient, the eastern half of Qiannan, Qiandongnan and Tongren are in the third gradient of coupling coordination degree.
