【摘要】：面對復雜多變的國際國內經(jīng)濟環(huán)境和發(fā)電側受制于煤炭供應價格而虧損嚴重的嚴峻形勢，為增強大唐陜西發(fā)電有限公司競爭能力，實現(xiàn)公司做大做強的目標，本文根據(jù)大唐陜西發(fā)電有限公司自身的實際情況和外部環(huán)境面臨的機遇和威脅，通過理論與實踐相結合的方式，對企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行了系統(tǒng)研究，為大唐陜西發(fā)電有限公司發(fā)展煤制烯烴產(chǎn)業(yè)制定了一個具操作性、適應公司經(jīng)營發(fā)展需要的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 本文首先闡述了大唐陜西發(fā)電有限公司的發(fā)展概況和公司煤制烯烴產(chǎn)業(yè)情況，運用企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論中的內外部環(huán)境分析理論和方法，，分別對大唐陜西發(fā)電有限公司實施煤制烯烴產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的宏觀環(huán)境、產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境和內部環(huán)境進行分析，同時通過SW0T模型對大唐陜西發(fā)電有限公司發(fā)展煤制烯烴產(chǎn)業(yè)的內部的優(yōu)勢和劣勢、外部的機會和威脅進行分析，確立了發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的指導思想、目標，并對大唐陜西發(fā)電有限公司發(fā)展煤制烯烴產(chǎn)業(yè)進行了戰(zhàn)略匹配與選擇。 本文通過對大唐陜西發(fā)電有限公司煤制烯烴產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的內、外部環(huán)境等情況全面、系統(tǒng)的分析，提出了大唐陜西發(fā)電有限公司煤制烯烴產(chǎn)業(yè)應實施多元合作發(fā)展、垂直一體化和成本領先等戰(zhàn)略，為保障戰(zhàn)略的順利實施，制定了合理的戰(zhàn)略實施方案、保障對策和建議。大唐陜西發(fā)電有限公司通過實施煤制烯烴產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，將會提高公司的盈利水平，增強公司核心競爭力，為公司可持續(xù)健康發(fā)展打下良好的基礎。
[Abstract]:Faced with the severe situation that the complex and changeable international and domestic economic environment and the power generation side are restricted by the coal supply price and suffer serious losses, in order to enhance the competitive ability of Datang Shaanxi Power Generation Co., Ltd and realize the goal of the company becoming bigger and stronger,According to the actual situation of Datang Shaanxi Power Generation Co., Ltd and the opportunities and threats that the external environment is facing, this paper makes a systematic study on the development strategy of the enterprise through the combination of theory and practice.An operational development strategy for the development of coal olefin industry in Datang Shaanxi Power Generation Co., Ltd. has been developed to meet the needs of the company's management and development.This paper first describes the general situation of the development of Datang Shaanxi Power Generation Co., Ltd. and the situation of the company's olefin industry, and applies the theory and method of internal and external environment analysis in the enterprise strategic management theory.The macro environment, industrial environment and internal environment of implementing the development strategy of coal olefin industry in Datang Shaanxi Power Generation Co., Ltd are analyzed respectively.At the same time, through the SW0T model, the paper analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and threats of developing coal olefin industry in Datang Shaanxi Power Generation Co., Ltd., and establishes the guiding ideology and goal of the development strategy.The strategy matching and selection of the development of coal olefin industry in Datang Shaanxi Power Generation Co., Ltd.Based on the comprehensive and systematic analysis of the internal and external environment of the development of coal olefin industry in Datang Shaanxi Power Generation Co., Ltd., this paper puts forward that the development of coal olefin industry in Datang Shaanxi Power Generation Co., Ltd should be carried out in multiple cooperation.Vertical integration and cost leading strategy, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy, a reasonable strategy implementation plan, safeguard countermeasures and suggestions.Datang Shaanxi Power Generation Co., Ltd will improve the profit level, enhance the core competitiveness of the company and lay a good foundation for the sustainable and healthy development of the company through the implementation of the development strategy of coal olefin industry.
