汽車制動系統(tǒng)開發(fā)FRACAS研究

【摘要】:汽車制動系統(tǒng)是影響汽車安全的重要系統(tǒng),除保證正常停車外,客戶對制動系統(tǒng)的主觀感受也很重要,比如制動時(shí)對制動踏板的感覺、剎車時(shí)制動器是否發(fā)出噪音等。制動系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)伴隨著整車的開發(fā),如何保證制動系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)質(zhì)量是國內(nèi)外研究的重要課題,本文將從制動系統(tǒng)的前期開發(fā),中期驗(yàn)證,后期的投產(chǎn)以及售后質(zhì)量的跟蹤等各階段,不僅介紹了制動系統(tǒng)開發(fā)流程,而且介紹了質(zhì)量功能展開、DFMEA、DFSS、Red-X等各種質(zhì)量工具在開發(fā)過程各個(gè)階段的運(yùn)用,從各種質(zhì)量工具的應(yīng)用來研究如何保證制動系統(tǒng)開發(fā)更加滿足客戶要求,以及設(shè)計(jì)對工藝和質(zhì)量的魯棒性進(jìn)行研究。國內(nèi)外有對某一具體制動問題進(jìn)行研究,本文的特點(diǎn)是貫穿制動系統(tǒng)開發(fā)過程的始終,對每一開發(fā)階段利用合適的質(zhì)量工具和設(shè)計(jì)評審,保證產(chǎn)品從開發(fā)到投產(chǎn)以及在整個(gè)生命周期內(nèi)進(jìn)行不斷持續(xù)改進(jìn),使產(chǎn)品從前期項(xiàng)目研究、設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)、試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證和工藝質(zhì)量控制形成大的閉環(huán)質(zhì)量控制系統(tǒng)—FRACAS,而且在每個(gè)開發(fā)階段也是按照FRACAS原理進(jìn)行流程控制。就國內(nèi)目前整車企業(yè)來說,對于售后質(zhì)量的預(yù)防和持續(xù)改進(jìn)工作明顯不夠,,尤其是自主品牌的建設(shè)上,本文將創(chuàng)新提出售后質(zhì)量的跟蹤和解決方法。文中具體涉及的質(zhì)量工具和開發(fā)理念不限于汽車制動系統(tǒng)的開發(fā),同時(shí)試用于整車其它系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)和質(zhì)量管理,對國內(nèi)外汽車同行來說具有重要指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The automobile brake system is an important system which affects the automobile safety. Besides ensuring the normal stop, the customer's subjective feeling towards the braking system is also very important, such as the feeling of braking pedal and whether the brake makes noise or not.The development of braking system is accompanied by the development of the whole vehicle. How to ensure the development quality of braking system is an important research topic at home and abroad.In the later stage of production and the follow-up of after-sale quality, not only the development process of braking system is introduced, but also the application of various quality tools such as DFMEA / DFSSRed-X in each stage of the development process is introduced.How to ensure that the brake system development can meet the requirements of customers and how to design the robustness of process and quality are studied from the application of various quality tools.At home and abroad, a specific braking problem has been studied. The characteristics of this paper are throughout the development process of the braking system, using appropriate quality tools and design reviews for each development stage.To ensure the continuous improvement of the product from development to production and throughout the life cycle, so that the product can be studied, designed and developed from the early stage of the project,Test verification and process quality control form a large closed-loop quality control system-FRACAS, and flow control is also carried out according to the principle of FRACAS in each stage of development.As far as domestic automobile enterprises are concerned, the prevention and continuous improvement of after-sale quality is obviously not enough, especially in the construction of independent brand. This paper will innovate and put forward the methods to track and solve the after-sale quality.The quality tools and development ideas involved in this paper are not limited to the development of automobile braking system, but are also applied to the development and quality management of other vehicle systems, which is of great significance for domestic and foreign automobile peers.
