【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化以及我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展，基本建設(shè)投資規(guī)模的迅速增加，建筑行業(yè)得到了蓬勃發(fā)展，因此確保工程質(zhì)量成為建筑行業(yè)發(fā)展的重中之重。在建筑行業(yè)得到突飛猛進(jìn)發(fā)展的大背景下，河北省建設(shè)集團(tuán)投資項(xiàng)目數(shù)量不斷增多，經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)力度不斷加大，這使得混凝土的需求量隨之增多。作為建筑工程的重要結(jié)構(gòu)材料，混凝土的質(zhì)量好壞直接決定了工程質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣，如何對(duì)混凝土企業(yè)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量管理與質(zhì)量控制，塑造企業(yè)口碑，成為混凝土企業(yè)研究的重要課題。 首先，分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外質(zhì)量管理理論的研究現(xiàn)狀，闡明了文章的研究背景及意義，并確定了研究方法，思路和內(nèi)容；其次，闡述了質(zhì)量管理體系理論和方法，為后文構(gòu)建質(zhì)量管理體系提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。之后，結(jié)合河北省建設(shè)集團(tuán)混凝土公司的實(shí)際，系統(tǒng)地研究了質(zhì)量管理體系的建立，體系構(gòu)建遵從PDCA循環(huán)的思路，從質(zhì)量管理體系的策劃，全過(guò)程質(zhì)量管理的實(shí)施，質(zhì)量管理體系的保障措施，質(zhì)量管理體系的測(cè)量分析及改進(jìn)四方面對(duì)體系進(jìn)行構(gòu)建，并對(duì)質(zhì)量方針，質(zhì)量目標(biāo)，質(zhì)量體系文件進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析和闡述，研究了采購(gòu)過(guò)程，生產(chǎn)過(guò)程，施工過(guò)程，服務(wù)過(guò)程的質(zhì)量控制與管理的要求、流程和措施，保證了質(zhì)量管理體系的良好運(yùn)行。通過(guò)研究構(gòu)建的質(zhì)量管理體系，省建混凝土公司在生產(chǎn)作業(yè)控制，顧客滿意度和價(jià)值過(guò)程有效性等方面都有了顯著提高，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題的概率大大降低，顧客滿意度顯著提高，財(cái)務(wù)狀況得以改善，社會(huì)責(zé)任感日益增強(qiáng)。最后，文章對(duì)現(xiàn)有體系進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，并對(duì)今后的工作提出了進(jìn)一步的展望。 文章的研究對(duì)預(yù)拌混凝土企業(yè)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量體系的構(gòu)建做出了一些探索性的努力，并取得了一定的成效。其成果可為其它預(yù)拌混凝土企業(yè)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量控制和質(zhì)量管理提供一定的借鑒，以達(dá)到全面有效控制混凝土質(zhì)量，提高企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理水平的研究目的。
[Abstract]:With the economic globalization and the continuous development of our economy, the scale of capital construction investment is increasing rapidly, the construction industry has been booming, so to ensure the quality of construction has become the most important part of the development of the construction industry.Under the background of the rapid development of the construction industry, the number of investment projects of Hebei construction group is increasing, and the economic construction is increasing, which makes the demand for concrete increase.As an important structural material in construction engineering, the quality of concrete directly determines the quality of the project. How to carry out quality management and quality control to the concrete enterprises and to shape the reputation of the enterprises has become an important subject in the research of concrete enterprises.First of all, it analyzes the research status of quality management theory at home and abroad, clarifies the research background and significance of the article, and determines the research methods, ideas and contents. Secondly, it expounds the theory and method of quality management system.It provides a theoretical basis for the later construction of quality management system.Then, based on the practice of Hebei Construction Group concrete Company, the paper systematically studies the establishment of quality management system, the way of system construction following PDCA cycle, from the planning of quality management system and the implementation of quality management in the whole process.The guarantee measures of the quality management system, the measurement, analysis and improvement of the quality management system are constructed, and the quality policy, quality objectives and quality system documents are analyzed and elaborated in detail, and the procurement process is studied.Production process, construction process, service process quality control and management requirements, processes and measures to ensure the good operation of the quality management system.Through the study of the quality management system, the production job control, customer satisfaction and value process effectiveness of the provincial construction concrete company have been significantly improved, and the probability of product quality problems has been greatly reduced.Customer satisfaction has improved significantly, financial conditions have improved and social responsibility has increased.Finally, the paper summarizes the existing system and puts forward further prospects for future work.In this paper, some exploratory efforts have been made on the construction of quality system in ready-mixed concrete enterprises, and some achievements have been made.The results can be used for reference for quality control and quality management in other ready-mixed concrete enterprises, so as to achieve the purpose of comprehensively and effectively controlling the quality of concrete and improving the quality management level of enterprises.
