中國(guó)香精香料行業(yè)出口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力與發(fā)展對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:隨著世界各國(guó)尤其是發(fā)展中國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長(zhǎng)、消費(fèi)水平的不斷提高,人們對(duì)食品、日用品的品質(zhì)的要求越來(lái)越高,帶動(dòng)和加速了世界香料工業(yè)的發(fā)展。 中國(guó)香精香料行業(yè)相對(duì)于歐美國(guó)家起步比較晚,真正起步于20世紀(jì)60年代,經(jīng)過(guò)了50年的發(fā)展,我國(guó)香精香料行業(yè)在產(chǎn)品數(shù)量、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、生產(chǎn)規(guī)模和管理體制方面都取得了長(zhǎng)足的進(jìn)展,但和世界特別是歐美香精香料行業(yè)相比還存在著巨大的差距。新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)和推廣主要靠歐美國(guó)家的跨國(guó)公司,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新也主要靠歐美公司。本文通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)香精香料行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀研究,對(duì)比歐美香精香料行業(yè)特別是世界前四的跨國(guó)公司的發(fā)展歷程、現(xiàn)狀和國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,找出我國(guó)香精香料企業(yè)與跨國(guó)企業(yè)的差距,并分析及研究其原因,最后給出我國(guó)香精香料行業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)策的建議。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn):我國(guó)香精香料行業(yè)雖然在各個(gè)方面取得了長(zhǎng)足的進(jìn)展,如我國(guó)生產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)售和進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易在不斷增加,但是我們發(fā)現(xiàn)行業(yè)出口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力國(guó)際比較顯示:我國(guó)香精香料行業(yè)原料產(chǎn)品松香松節(jié)油的出口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力很強(qiáng),但是產(chǎn)品平均單價(jià)低,附加值低;香水花露水產(chǎn)品的附加值高,但是我國(guó)的出口平均單價(jià)低,出口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力也遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不如法國(guó)。出口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力弱的原因在于企業(yè)層面的差距:我國(guó)香精香料企業(yè)在規(guī)模、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境、業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域和企業(yè)發(fā)展歷程與國(guó)外跨國(guó)公司存在巨大的差距。這些差距導(dǎo)致我國(guó)香精香料行業(yè)處于全球價(jià)值鏈的低端地位,由此引致一系列問(wèn)題。因此通過(guò)全球價(jià)值鏈和國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)我們與國(guó)外大公司的差距的各個(gè)方面并及時(shí)做出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展策略調(diào)整,對(duì)于提升我國(guó)香精香料行業(yè)出口應(yīng)變能力和國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,促進(jìn)我國(guó)香精香料行業(yè)整體水平提高,具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of the world economy, especially in the developing countries, and the continuous improvement of the consumption level, people are demanding more and more high quality of food and daily necessities, which has led and accelerated the development of the spice industry in the world.The Chinese flavor industry started relatively late compared with the European and American countries. It really started in the 1960s. After 50 years of development, China's flavor and spice industry has been innovating in terms of product quantity and technology.Great progress has been made in production scale and management system, but there is still a big gap compared with the world, especially in Europe and America.The development and promotion of new products mainly rely on multinational companies in Europe and the United States, and technological innovation mainly depends on European and American companies.Based on the study of the present situation of the development of the essence and spice industry in China, this paper compares the development process, the present situation and the international competitiveness of the European and American flavor industry, especially the top four multinational corporations in the world, and finds out the gap between the Chinese flavor and perfume enterprises and the multinational enterprises.The reasons are analyzed and studied. Finally, suggestions for the development of flavor and spice industry in China are given.It is found that although China's flavor and spice industry has made considerable progress in various aspects, for example, the production, sales, import and export trade of our country is increasing.However, we find that the international comparison of the export competitiveness of the industry shows that: the export competitiveness of rosin rosin rosin and rosin rosin rosin and rosin rosin rosin ro@@But our country's export average unit price is low, the export competitiveness is also far inferior to France.The reason for the weak export competitiveness lies in the gap between the enterprise level: there is a huge gap between the scale, technological innovation, competitive environment, business field and enterprise development process between Chinese flavor and spice enterprises and foreign multinational companies.These differences lead to the low-end position of flavor industry in global value chain, which leads to a series of problems.Therefore, through the research of global value chain and international competitiveness, we find out that the gap between us and foreign large companies and make corresponding development strategy adjustment in time, which will improve the export adaptability and international competitiveness of Chinese flavor industry.It is of great significance to promote the overall level of flavor and spice industry in China.
