【摘要】：隨著中國的改革開放，特別是加入WTO之后，國內(nèi)的各類型企業(yè)與集團得到了快速發(fā)展，競爭變得越來越激烈。如何使企業(yè)在發(fā)展的過程中立于不敗之地是企業(yè)所面臨的重要問題。同時，這也是企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略所要解決的問題。近年來，公司的戰(zhàn)略問題一直是國際國內(nèi)學術(shù)界關注的熱點，面對企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略理論所面臨的理論爭議和實際困惑，鑒于中西方學者在公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、競爭戰(zhàn)略方面已有研究的理論成就和不足，本文立足于新中新集團企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的基本情況，并結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略理論與實踐，對新中新集團現(xiàn)有的公司戰(zhàn)略進行了研究與分析。其主要論述為以下四個方面： 首先，本文對公司戰(zhàn)略國內(nèi)與國外的研究現(xiàn)狀進行了梳理，闡述了公司戰(zhàn)略的新近研究成果；其次，分析了新中新集團所處的環(huán)境，從集團的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境兩方面進行了分析，在外部環(huán)境的分析中，主要是從企業(yè)的宏觀環(huán)境與產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境兩方面來闡述，并對集團的外部環(huán)境因素進行了評價，對于內(nèi)部環(huán)境，本文從新中新集團的組織機構(gòu)、財務狀況、創(chuàng)新狀況和人力資源狀況等方面進行闡述，并評價了集團的內(nèi)部因素；再次，是對新中新集團發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定，通過SWOT矩陣分析，制定出集團的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，運用競爭戰(zhàn)略分析矩陣，，制定出新中新集團的競爭戰(zhàn)略，并相應的制定集團的人力資源、生產(chǎn)運營、資本運營、產(chǎn)品和市場營銷等職能戰(zhàn)略；最后，本文提出新中新集團戰(zhàn)略實施的保障機制，包括集團總體戰(zhàn)略的核心與重點、人力資源保障措施、財務體系保障機制、生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營保障措施、企業(yè)文化保障措施和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新保障措施。本文為新中新集團的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略提供了一套完整的解決方案，同時也促進了新中新集團企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的規(guī)范化和科學化。
[Abstract]:With China's reform and opening up, especially after China's entry into WTO, all kinds of domestic enterprises and groups have developed rapidly, and the competition has become more and more fierce.How to make the enterprise in an invincible position in the process of development is an important problem facing the enterprise.At the same time, this is also the enterprise strategy to solve the problem.In recent years, the strategic problem of the company has been the focus of attention in the international and domestic academic circles. In the face of the theoretical controversy and practical confusion faced by the enterprise strategy theory, in view of the Chinese and Western scholars in the development strategy of the company,This paper bases on the basic situation of the enterprise strategy of Xinzhongxin Group, and combines the existing theory and practice of the enterprise strategy, carries on the research and the analysis to the existing company strategy of the Xinzhongxin Group.It mainly discusses the following four aspects:First of all, this paper reviews the current research situation of the company strategy both at home and abroad, and expounds the recent research results of the company strategy. Secondly, it analyzes the environment in which Xinzhongxin Group is located.This paper analyzes the external environment and internal environment of the group. In the analysis of the external environment, it mainly expounds the macro-environment and the industrial environment of the enterprise, and evaluates the external environmental factors of the group.For the internal environment, this paper expounds the organization, financial situation, innovation status and human resource status of Xinzhongxin Group, and evaluates the internal factors of the Group; thirdly, it formulates the development strategy of Xinzhongxin Group.Through the analysis of SWOT matrix, the development strategy of the group is worked out, and the competition strategy of the new Zhongxin group is worked out by using the competitive strategy analysis matrix, and the human resources, production operation and capital operation of the group are formulated accordingly.Finally, this paper puts forward the guarantee mechanism for the implementation of Xinzhongxin Group's strategy, including the core and key points of the Group's overall strategy, the human resources guarantee measures, the financial system security mechanism, the production and operation guarantee measures, and so on.Enterprise culture safeguard measure and technological innovation safeguard measure.This paper provides a complete solution for the enterprise strategy of Xinzhongxin Group and promotes the standardization and scientization of the enterprise strategy of Xinzhongxin Group.
