XC公司員工職業(yè)生涯管理研究

【摘要】:隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和合作程度的提高,市場競爭由物質(zhì)資源向人力資源競爭轉(zhuǎn)變的程度越來越高,職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃與管理作為現(xiàn)代人力資源開發(fā)的一種專業(yè)工具被廣為運(yùn)用,已被越來越多的管理者所重視。在XC公司中,其現(xiàn)有的職業(yè)生涯管理不僅沒有有效的調(diào)動員工的工作積極性,而且已經(jīng)成為員工離職的一個(gè)重要原因,與未來公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略背道而馳。所以,公司迫切需要對現(xiàn)有的職業(yè)生涯管理工作進(jìn)行完善與改進(jìn),以提升公司內(nèi)部的人力資源管理水平和企業(yè)核心競爭力。 本文本著理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際、定性和定量相結(jié)合的原則,運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)研究法以及訪談法等,通過對XC公司員工職業(yè)生涯管理狀況的調(diào)查,以及對相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行匯總分析,找出公司職業(yè)生涯管理中存在的問題,并對問題進(jìn)行匯總分析、討論、驗(yàn)證,找出問題的原因,進(jìn)而提出相應(yīng)的解決措施。 本文首先從職業(yè)生涯管理的有關(guān)概念及相關(guān)理論入手,對職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃管理的概念及意義進(jìn)行分析,說明員工個(gè)人職業(yè)發(fā)展與企業(yè)發(fā)展息息相關(guān)。其次,介紹XC公司的基本情況,分析該公司人力資源管理中存在的問題,,重點(diǎn)指出職業(yè)生涯管理方面的優(yōu)點(diǎn)及存在的不足。再次,針對XC公司職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃與管理中存在的問題,運(yùn)用職業(yè)生涯管理理論,提出XC公司員工職業(yè)生涯管理改進(jìn)思路,并制定出相關(guān)策略,重點(diǎn)突出公司從戰(zhàn)略高度上重視員工職業(yè)生涯管理,將職業(yè)生涯管理工作作為一個(gè)系統(tǒng)工程拿到人力資源戰(zhàn)略工作上來做。最后,通過組織、制度、文化體系等多方面來保障新的職業(yè)生涯管理措施在XC公司能順利有效的實(shí)施。 本文將職業(yè)生涯管理的理念引入XC公司,從而完善和提高其職業(yè)生涯管理水平。如果此方案實(shí)施有效,同時(shí)也希望本文能為此類企業(yè)進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)管理水平提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the increasing degree of cooperation, market competition changes from material resources to human resources competition more and more, occupation career planning and management as a major tool of modern human resource development has been widely used, has been more and more managers' attention. In XC company, the existing the occupation career management does not work effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, but also has become an important reason of employee turnover, and the Future Ltd development strategy. So the urgent need to draw further apart, the company of the occupation career management work of the improvement and improvement to enhance the company's internal management level of human resources and the core competitiveness of enterprises.
This text with the theory and practice, the combination of qualitative and quantitative principles, using the method of questionnaire investigation, literature research method and interview method, through the investigation of employee occupation career management status of XC company, and the related data were collected and analyzed, find out the existing problems in the company occupation career management, and the problems were analyzed discussion, verification, find out the cause of the problem, and then put forward the corresponding measures.
This paper from the occupation career management related concepts and related theories, the concept and significance of occupation career planning and management were analyzed, that individual occupation development and enterprise development. Secondly, introduce the basic situation of XC company, analyzes the existing human resource management problems in the company, and points out the advantages of occupation career management and shortcomings. Again, in view of the existing planning and management of XC company in the occupation career, the occupation career management theory, put forward XC company employee occupation career management ideas to improve, and develop relevant strategies, highlighting the company attaches importance to employee occupation career management from a strategic height, the occupation career management work as a get the system engineering of human resources strategy work. Finally, through the organization, system, culture system and other aspects to ensure the new occupation career The management measures can be implemented smoothly and effectively in XC company.
This paper introduces the concept of career management into XC company, so as to improve and improve its career management level. If this plan is effective, it also hopes that this paper can provide reference for further enhancing management level of such enterprises.
