【摘要】:本文緊緊圍繞企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略這一主題思想,運用理論聯(lián)系實際,采取了定性與定量相結(jié)合方法,對該集團公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的定位、目標、保障的措施,及管理模式的確定等相關(guān)問題進行了深入探討,并提出了XXX集團公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略模式及相應的實施對策。 本文共分五個部分。第一部分為緒論,提出了本文研究的背景、介紹了集團公司基本情況及本文研究的主要內(nèi)容和意義,指出了企業(yè)原有的戰(zhàn)略管理、內(nèi)部管理,跟不上企業(yè)快速發(fā)展的需要。為促使企業(yè)的發(fā)展邁上一個新的階段,必須由單一的煤炭生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)向多元化的經(jīng)營模式轉(zhuǎn)變,順利實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型。第二部分,通過對企業(yè)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析和SWOT分析法。外部環(huán)境包括政策、法律環(huán)境,經(jīng)濟環(huán)境,產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境,技術(shù)環(huán)境,市場環(huán)境。內(nèi)部環(huán)境包括企業(yè)組織架構(gòu),產(chǎn)品和生產(chǎn)能力現(xiàn)狀,安全狀況,人力資源等。SWOT分析法深入分析了企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機會和威脅所在,對集團公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,進行實證性研究、探討,指出實施戰(zhàn)略管理管理是煤炭企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式,實現(xiàn)又好又快發(fā)展的第一要務。第三部分,根據(jù)上述的分析,提出了XXX集團公司可采取的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,即以“以煤為主,相關(guān)多元”的總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。以產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整為抓手,以自主創(chuàng)新為動力,突出煤炭主業(yè),加大循環(huán)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,形成煤、煤化工、電、鋁、建材、物流等六大產(chǎn)業(yè)全面協(xié)同發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略格局。確立了發(fā)展的定位,發(fā)展的思路,發(fā)展的重點。 最后論文對XXX集團公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實施提出了有針對性的對策。通過對本文的研究,希望對煤炭企業(yè)實現(xiàn)順利轉(zhuǎn)型為多元化發(fā)展、綠色發(fā)展、可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供幫助。
[Abstract]:This paper closely revolves around the enterprise development strategy this one theme thought, has adopted the qualitative and the quantitative union method to this group company development strategy localization, the goal, the safeguard measure, using the theory unifies the practice, has adopted the qualitative and the quantitative union method, the enterprise development strategy localization, the goal, the safeguard measureThis paper probes into the related problems such as the determination of management mode, and puts forward the development strategy model and corresponding implementation countermeasures of XXX Group Company.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction, which puts forward the background of this paper, introduces the basic situation of the group company and the main content and significance of this paper, and points out that the original strategic management and internal management of the enterprise can not keep up with the needs of the rapid development of the enterprise.In order to promote the development of enterprises to a new stage, it is necessary to transform from a single coal production enterprise to a diversified business model, and to smoothly realize the transformation of the enterprise.The second part, through the enterprise internal and external environment analysis and SWOT analysis.External environment includes policy, legal environment, economic environment, industrial environment, technology environment, market environment.The internal environment includes the organizational structure of the enterprise, the present situation of products and production capacity, the security situation, the human resources and so on. SWOT analysis method thoroughly analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the enterprise, and the development strategy of the group company.It is pointed out that the implementation of strategic management is the most important task for coal enterprises to change the mode of economic development and realize good and rapid development.In the third part, according to the above analysis, the author puts forward the development strategy that can be adopted by XXX Group Company, that is, the overall development strategy of "coal is the main factor and the correlation is multivariate".Taking the adjustment of industrial structure and product structure as the starting point, taking independent innovation as the motive force, giving prominence to the main industry of coal, increasing the development of circular economy, forming the strategic pattern of comprehensive and coordinated development of six major industries, such as coal, coal chemical industry, electricity industry, aluminum, building materials, logistics and so on.Has established the development localization, the development thought, the development focal point.Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to implement the development strategy of XXX Group Company.Through the research of this paper, we hope to help coal enterprises to realize the smooth transformation for diversified development, green development and sustainable development.
