【摘要】：近些年來(lái)，醫(yī)藥供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)在合作的過(guò)程中，由于信息的不透明、監(jiān)管制度的缺乏以及企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的落后，造成了醫(yī)藥供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)間的非合作和不信任環(huán)境，醫(yī)藥供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)之間存在不同程度的信任危機(jī)和缺乏合作行為，嚴(yán)重影響企業(yè)間的信任的建立和維護(hù)，最終影響整個(gè)醫(yī)藥供應(yīng)鏈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。 本文基于我國(guó)醫(yī)藥供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)間信任現(xiàn)狀，研究醫(yī)藥供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)間信任影響因素。首先，從供應(yīng)鏈信任的概念入手，依據(jù)企業(yè)間信任的相關(guān)理論，分析醫(yī)藥供應(yīng)鏈的內(nèi)涵、特征、維度劃分以及醫(yī)藥供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)渠道成員和合作模式,重點(diǎn)闡述了醫(yī)藥供應(yīng)鏈信任特征和供應(yīng)鏈信任的現(xiàn)狀。其次，對(duì)醫(yī)藥供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)間信任進(jìn)行相關(guān)理論分析，提出本文的研究假設(shè)。最后,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查，運(yùn)用SPSS17.0和Amos17.02統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件對(duì)企業(yè)間信任指標(biāo)進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、信度效度檢驗(yàn)、因子分析和結(jié)構(gòu)化方程模型分析，分析醫(yī)藥企業(yè)間信任的影響因素。本文結(jié)論：人際信任與企業(yè)間信任呈顯著性正相關(guān)關(guān)系，交往經(jīng)驗(yàn)與企業(yè)間信任呈現(xiàn)正相關(guān)關(guān)系，相互依賴(lài)性與企業(yè)間信任呈顯著性正相關(guān)關(guān)系，溝通與企業(yè)間信任呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系。旨在為我國(guó)醫(yī)藥企業(yè)間信任的建立和維持，，提高整體供應(yīng)鏈的效率提供可供參考的意見(jiàn)和建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the pharmaceutical supply chain enterprises in the process of cooperation, due to the lack of information transparency, the lack of regulatory system and the backwardness of corporate culture, resulting in non-cooperation and distrust among pharmaceutical supply chain enterprises.There exists trust crisis and lack of cooperation among pharmaceutical supply chain enterprises, which seriously affects the establishment and maintenance of trust among enterprises, and ultimately affects the competitiveness of the whole pharmaceutical supply chain.Based on the status quo of trust among pharmaceutical supply chain enterprises in China, this paper studies the influencing factors of trust among pharmaceutical supply chain enterprises.First of all, starting with the concept of supply chain trust, according to the related theory of trust between enterprises, this paper analyzes the connotation, characteristics, dimensionality division, channel members and cooperation mode of pharmaceutical supply chain enterprises.The trust characteristics of pharmaceutical supply chain and the status quo of supply chain trust are expounded.Secondly, the trust theory of pharmaceutical supply chain enterprises is analyzed, and the research hypotheses are put forward.Finally, by using SPSS17.0 and Amos17.02 statistical analysis software, this paper makes descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity test, factor analysis and structural equation model analysis to analyze the influencing factors of trust among pharmaceutical enterprises.This paper concludes that interpersonal trust is positively correlated with inter-firm trust, communication experience is positively correlated with inter-firm trust, and interdependence is positively correlated with inter-firm trust.There is a positive correlation between communication and trust.The purpose of this paper is to provide advice and suggestions for the establishment and maintenance of trust among Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises and for improving the efficiency of the whole supply chain.
