巴彥淖爾地區(qū)電力負荷特性分析及需求側管理研究

【摘要】:近年來,巴彥淖爾市為實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟增長方式由農(nóng)業(yè)主導向工業(yè)主導的快速轉型,引入了大量高附加值、高能耗的工業(yè)企業(yè),經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展的同時也帶來了環(huán)境問題,隨著全球變暖引發(fā)的環(huán)境問題不斷被提上議程,我國的節(jié)能減排勢在必行,為避免巴彥淖爾市的發(fā)展之路重蹈發(fā)達地區(qū)先污染后治理的覆轍,減少國家和供電企業(yè)在電網(wǎng)建設方面的重復投資,科學合理的降低電力用戶的電力使用成本和生產(chǎn)成本,有必要結合地方實際,對地區(qū)負荷特性和需求側管理辦法進行研究。 本文從巴彥淖爾地區(qū)電力供需現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),對地區(qū)近年來負荷特性進行了分析,運用灰色預測方法對地區(qū)負荷的發(fā)展趨勢進行了預測,并結合國家和內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)近年來不斷加強節(jié)能減排管理力度的發(fā)展方向,從政府、供電部門和電力用戶三方面提出了符合地方實際的需求側管理措施,闡明了在巴彥淖爾地區(qū)開展電力需求側管理的必要性、可能性及可行性。巴彥淖爾地區(qū)多年來一直沒有一個系統(tǒng)科學的負荷分析和預測,,對于當?shù)卣碗娋W(wǎng)企業(yè)而言,本文通過科學方法對當?shù)氐呢摵商匦院拓摵砂l(fā)展趨勢進行分析預測,給當?shù)睾侠聿季蛛娫,有效提高資源利用效率提供了必要的理論參考依據(jù),同時指出,只有在政府堅強的制度保障、供電企業(yè)全力的發(fā)揮引導和電力用戶積極的配合實施下,才能全面推進地方經(jīng)濟健康快速的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in order to realize the rapid transformation of economic growth mode from agriculture to industry, Bayannur City has introduced a large number of industrial enterprises with high added value and high energy consumption. The rapid economic development has also brought about environmental problems.With the environmental problems caused by global warming being put on the agenda, it is imperative to save energy and reduce emissions in our country. In order to avoid the road of development of Bayannur City, it is the same as the road of pollution first and then control in developed areas.It is necessary to study the regional load characteristics and demand-side management method in combination with the local reality to reduce the repeated investment in power grid construction of the state and power supply enterprises and to reduce the power use cost and production cost of power users scientifically and reasonably.Based on the present situation of power supply and demand in Bayannur area, this paper analyzes the load characteristics in recent years, and forecasts the development trend of regional load by using grey forecasting method.Combined with the development direction of the state and Inner Mongolia Autonomous region to strengthen the management of energy saving and emission reduction in recent years, the paper puts forward the demand-side management measures which accord with the local reality from the government, the power supply department and the electric power user.The necessity, possibility and feasibility of DSM in Bayannur area are expounded.There has been no systematic and scientific load analysis and forecasting in Bayannur area for many years. For the local government and power grid enterprises, this paper analyzes and forecasts the local load characteristics and load development trend through scientific methods.It provides the necessary theoretical basis for the rational distribution of local power supply and the effective improvement of resource utilization efficiency. At the same time, it points out that only under the strong system protection of the government, the full play and guidance of the power supply enterprises and the active cooperation and implementation of the power users,In order to comprehensively promote the healthy and rapid development of the local economy.
