【摘要】：全球化經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，使得企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì)越來(lái)越大，本文即述及一家跨國(guó)非標(biāo)設(shè)備制造企業(yè)在多項(xiàng)目管理方面存在的問(wèn)題與改進(jìn)意見(jiàn)。隨著項(xiàng)目管理日益復(fù)雜，項(xiàng)目間的關(guān)系日益緊密，傳統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目管理已經(jīng)逐漸發(fā)展為多項(xiàng)目管理。而絕大多數(shù)項(xiàng)目型企業(yè)，目前都在沿用原有單個(gè)項(xiàng)目管理的模式，加上一些輔助的措施，試圖達(dá)到多項(xiàng)目管理的功效。但是面對(duì)目前多項(xiàng)目管理在理論層次上缺乏必要體系的情況下，實(shí)踐的實(shí)際情形仍不理想。因此項(xiàng)目間的協(xié)同管理、公司資源利用率最大化，以便產(chǎn)生多項(xiàng)目的協(xié)同經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，這方面仍需要做更多的工作。 本文即采用目前業(yè)已存在的多項(xiàng)目理論研究梳理，以及結(jié)合實(shí)例分析的方法進(jìn)行多項(xiàng)目理論在世紀(jì)公司中的實(shí)踐運(yùn)用與分析研究。首先，對(duì)多項(xiàng)目管理理論的發(fā)展、特征及組織架構(gòu)類型等進(jìn)行闡述分析，然后對(duì)多項(xiàng)目管理的實(shí)踐措施及對(duì)特定多項(xiàng)目管理所采用的措施管理方法進(jìn)行分析。其所運(yùn)用的理論研究主要是基于對(duì)相關(guān)豐富資料的收集、消化之基礎(chǔ)之上的。其次，通過(guò)分析和研究非標(biāo)設(shè)備制造類項(xiàng)目制企業(yè)的多項(xiàng)目管理現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題點(diǎn)分析，進(jìn)行可改進(jìn)措施的列舉；最后，基于企業(yè)多項(xiàng)目管理面臨的主要問(wèn)題，以及本著建立一套完善的多項(xiàng)目管理制度的目標(biāo)，詳細(xì)闡述改進(jìn)措施在MP公司中的實(shí)踐性探索。
[Abstract]:With the development of global economy, the market opportunities of enterprises are becoming more and more large. This paper deals with the problems in multi-project management of a multinational non-standard equipment manufacturing enterprise and some suggestions for improvement.With the increasing complexity of project management and the increasingly close relationship between projects, traditional project management has gradually developed into multi-project management.Most of the project-based enterprises are using the original model of single project management and some auxiliary measures to try to achieve the effect of multi-project management.However, in the face of the lack of necessary system on the theoretical level at present, the actual situation of practice is still not ideal.Therefore, the cooperative management between projects, the company resource utilization maximization, in order to produce multi-project cooperative economic benefits, this aspect still needs to do more work.In this paper, the existing multi-project theory research is combed, and the practical application and analysis research of multi-project theory in Century Company is carried out with the method of case analysis.First, the development, characteristics and organizational structure of the theory of multi-project management are analyzed, and then the practical measures of multi-project management and the measures used in specific multi-project management are analyzed.The theoretical research is based on collecting and digesting the relevant abundant data.Secondly, by analyzing and studying the current situation and existing problems of multi-project management in non-standard equipment manufacturing enterprises, the paper enumerates the measures that can be improved. Finally, based on the main problems faced by enterprise multi-project management,In line with the goal of establishing a set of perfect multi-project management system, this paper expounds the practical exploration of the improvement measures in MP Company.
