【摘要】：隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，尤其是城市化進(jìn)程的加快，，全社會(huì)的用電量、電力投資在不斷增加,電力建設(shè)企業(yè)面對(duì)良好發(fā)展機(jī)遇的同時(shí)也面臨激烈的競爭。國內(nèi)電力建設(shè)企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理水平層次不齊，保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量是企業(yè)生存、發(fā)展的生命線，只有努力提高企業(yè)自身的工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理能力，才能在激烈的市場競爭中立于不敗之地，而健全的質(zhì)量管理體系是提升質(zhì)量管理水平的保證，因此，加強(qiáng)對(duì)電力建設(shè)企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系的研究具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 文章首先對(duì)國內(nèi)外有關(guān)質(zhì)量管理及質(zhì)量管理成熟度模型理論研究和實(shí)際應(yīng)用情況進(jìn)行回顧，并對(duì)質(zhì)量、質(zhì)量管理、質(zhì)量管理體系的概念及相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)介紹。通過對(duì)山西電建一公司近幾年承建的電力工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)中發(fā)現(xiàn)的普遍質(zhì)量問題匯總分析，提取了導(dǎo)致這些質(zhì)量問題的主要原因，針對(duì)存在的問題提出建立山西電建一公司工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理體系，以改進(jìn)該公司的質(zhì)量管理水平。根據(jù)電力建設(shè)企業(yè)工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的特點(diǎn)構(gòu)建了適合山西電建一公司的質(zhì)量管理成熟度模型，該模型對(duì)解決不斷變化事件的評(píng)價(jià)問題具有很好的適用性；并選取層次—模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)該公司質(zhì)量管理成熟度進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)該公司的質(zhì)量管理成熟度處于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的級(jí)別，說明所建立的工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理體系對(duì)改進(jìn)山西電建一公司工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理水平具有較明顯的提升作用，同時(shí)也驗(yàn)證了成熟度模型的可行性，也為其他電力建設(shè)企業(yè)進(jìn)一步提高項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理能力提供一些參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our national economy, especially the acceleration of urbanization process, the electricity consumption and power investment of the whole society are increasing continuously. The electric power construction enterprises are facing the good development opportunity and the fierce competition at the same time.The level of quality management of domestic electric power construction enterprises is uneven, ensuring the quality of products is the lifeline of enterprises' survival and development, only efforts are made to improve the quality management ability of engineering projects of enterprises themselves.Only in the fierce market competition in an invincible position, and a sound quality management system is the guarantee to improve the quality management level, so it is of great practical significance to strengthen the research on the quality management system of electric power construction enterprises.This paper first reviews the theoretical research and practical application of quality management and maturity model of quality management at home and abroad, and systematically introduces the concepts and related theories of quality, quality management and quality management system.Through the summary and analysis of the general quality problems found in the construction of electric power engineering projects undertaken by Shanxi Electric Power Construction Company in recent years, the main reasons leading to these quality problems are extracted.In order to improve the quality management level of Shanxi Electric Power Construction Company, the quality management system of engineering project is established.According to the characteristics of engineering project quality management in electric power construction enterprises, the maturity model of quality management for Shanxi Electric Power Construction Corporation is constructed. The model has good applicability to solve the problem of evaluation of changing events.The quality management maturity of the company is evaluated by the hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation results show that the quality management maturity of the company is in the standardized level.It shows that the established project quality management system can improve the engineering project quality management level of Shanxi Electric Power Construction Company, and it also verifies the feasibility of the maturity model.Also for other electric power construction enterprises to further improve the project quality management capacity to provide some reference and reference.
