【摘要】：電力是國民經(jīng)濟的基礎(chǔ),隨著我國“十二五”規(guī)劃的落實,轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式是我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的必然之路,雖然目前和今后相當(dāng)一段時期內(nèi)火電仍是我國電力生產(chǎn)的主要形式,但是國家向清潔能源和可再生能源的政策傾斜,必然會給火電施工企業(yè)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重大影響,這就需要提高火電施工項目的管理效率,人力資源管理作為其中的一部分,提高火力發(fā)電項目人力資源管理效率就顯得十分重要。因此本文對火電施工項目人力資源管理的研究具有理論和實踐意義。 本文針對人力資源管理“招聘、培訓(xùn)、考核、激勵、開發(fā)”等各個環(huán)節(jié)與項目管理相結(jié)合,重點研究了火電施工項目人力資源規(guī)劃,對項目人力資源管理的特點和難點給出了改進的基本思路,并給出了信息技術(shù)在項目人力資源規(guī)劃中的應(yīng)用；研究了火電施工項目團隊的形成與建設(shè)以及人才的培訓(xùn)與開發(fā),并進一步研究了火電施工項目的績效管理,構(gòu)建了績效管理指標體系,并研究了班組施工定額管理。并以A公司HNYY項目作為具體案例,就人力資源的組織與規(guī)劃、績效管理與班組定額管理等項目人力資源管理的核心內(nèi)容進行了案例驗證,結(jié)果表明,本文研究的火電施工項目人力資源管理提高了員工的工作效率、增加了企業(yè)利潤。本文最后提出了對后續(xù)研究的展望,應(yīng)該更加關(guān)注國際工程施工與EPC總承包模式。
[Abstract]:Electric power is the foundation of the national economy, as China's "12th Five-Year" the implementation of the plan, the transformation of economic development mode of China's economic development is the inevitable way, although the main form of current and future a period of thermal power in China is still in production, but the country to clean energy and renewable energy policy, inevitable will have a significant impact to the development of thermal power construction enterprises, which need to improve the efficiency of thermal power construction project management, human resource management as part of this, it is very important to improve the efficiency of human resource management in thermal power project. This paper has theoretical and practical significance to study the thermal power construction project human resource management.
According to the management of human resources recruitment, training, assessment, incentive, development and other aspects of project management and integration, focusing on the human resources planning and construction of thermal power projects, the basic idea of the improvement of the characteristics and difficulties of project human resource management, and gives the application of information technology in the project in human resource planning thermal power construction project; team formation and construction and talents training and development research, and further research on the performance management of thermal power construction project, the construction of performance management index system, and studies the class group construction quota management. And the HNYY project in A company as a case, the organization and planning of human resources, core the contents of performance management and team quota management project human resource management for the case verification, the results show that the thermal power construction project human resources management research The staff's working efficiency has been increased and profits have been increased. Finally, the prospect for further research is put forward. More attention should be paid to international engineering construction and EPC general contracting mode.
