F公司CTO訂單管理信息化研究

【摘要】:隨著時代的發(fā)展,人們對個人電腦(Personal Computer)越來越呈現(xiàn)個性化需求,如性能特殊、外觀與眾不同等。這些新的需求變化促使PC制造企業(yè)從大批量的生產(chǎn)模式逐漸轉(zhuǎn)向?qū)人用戶的定制化(Configure To Order)生產(chǎn)模式。面對CTO模式下訂單量大、產(chǎn)品配置多樣、訂購少量的特點,PC制造企業(yè)面臨著該如何有效管理CTO訂單的問題。比如,如何接收客戶大量訂單、如何高效組織生產(chǎn)、如何快速出貨等問題。 F公司是國際大型PC OEM制造企業(yè),其平均每日從客戶接收的CTO訂單達(dá)到15000張,高峰達(dá)到60000張訂單,且每張訂單均需在接單后48小時內(nèi)出貨。面對如此巨量的訂單,采用人工處理的訂單管理方法根本無法達(dá)到這樣的出貨要求,因此,F公司實施了能自動化處理的訂單管理系統(tǒng)平臺來解決企業(yè)訂單管理的問題。 本論文以F公司為案例,研究分析了F公司在制造PC產(chǎn)品時,F公司是如何管理銷售訂單、如何組織訂單生產(chǎn)與出貨。并對F公司面臨的訂單管理現(xiàn)狀與問題進(jìn)行分析,及就解決這些問題所使用的思路與解決方案進(jìn)行分析。 本論文先對F公司的組織管理架構(gòu)、CTO訂單類型、PC產(chǎn)品配置清單(BOM)、組合優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)、訂單合并出貨、發(fā)票管理、ERP系統(tǒng)平臺等方面對公司的訂單管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析并總結(jié)問題所在。然后針對這些現(xiàn)狀與問題,本論文詳細(xì)分析了F公司通過依靠SAP及IT技術(shù),成功實施訂單EDI互交、訂單自動化處理及訂單追蹤系統(tǒng)三大訂單管理系統(tǒng)的解決方案,從而實現(xiàn)CTO訂單從接收、生產(chǎn)、出貨到發(fā)票等—系列的自動化處理流程,該流程不需人工操作,大大提高了工作效率,達(dá)到快速出貨目的。 本論文最后以實施CTO訂單自動化處理系統(tǒng)后的F公司實際運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù),證實CTO訂單得到了準(zhǔn)確、高效的管理與控制,滿足了客戶隨時查詢訂單狀態(tài)的要求,為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造了價值。證明本論文總結(jié)的CTO模式的訂單管理經(jīng)驗與解決方案是可以被其它企業(yè)借鑒與參考的。另外,本論文還對F公司目前的CTO訂單管理系統(tǒng)提出了改進(jìn)措施,以更加適應(yīng)未來的業(yè)務(wù)變化。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, personal computer is becoming more and more individualized, such as special performance, distinctive appearance and so on.These new demand changes have prompted PC manufacturers to shift from mass production to customized configuration to order production for individual users.Facing the large quantity of order in CTO mode and the variety of product configuration, the PC manufacturing enterprise is faced with the problem of how to manage the CTO order effectively because of the characteristics of ordering a small amount.For example, how to receive a large number of customer orders, how to efficiently organize production, how to ship quickly.Company F is a large international PC OEM manufacturer, with an average of 15000 CTO orders per day from customers, a peak of 60000 orders, and each order has to be shipped within 48 hours after receiving the order.In the face of such a large number of orders, the manual order management method can not meet the requirements of shipping. Therefore, the company has implemented an order management system platform to solve the problem of enterprise order management.This paper takes F Company as a case study and analyzes how F Company manages sales order and organizes order production and shipment when making PC products.The status quo and problems of order management in F Company are analyzed, and the ideas and solutions to solve these problems are analyzed.This paper first analyzes the status quo of order management in F Company from the aspects of CTO order type and PC product configuration list, combination optimization production, order merging and shipping, invoice management and ERP system platform, etc.Then, aiming at these problems, this paper analyzes in detail the solutions of order management system (EDI), order automation and order tracking system, which are implemented successfully by SAP and IT technology.Thus, CTO orders from receiving, production, shipment to invoice series of automatic processing flow, this process does not need manual operation, greatly improve the working efficiency, to achieve the purpose of rapid shipment.In the end of this paper, the actual operation data of F Company after the implementation of CTO order automation system is used to prove that the CTO order has been managed and controlled accurately and efficiently, which meets the requirement of customer inquiry order status at any time, and creates value for the enterprise.It is proved that the experience and solution of CTO model in this paper can be used for reference by other enterprises.In addition, this paper also proposes the improvement measures to F Company's current CTO order management system to adapt to the future business changes.
