【摘要】：近年來，隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)，企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新工作變得越來越重要。許多企業(yè)認(rèn)識(shí)到技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是企業(yè)發(fā)展的基本途徑，為了建立和鞏固本企業(yè)的核心優(yōu)勢，都在把創(chuàng)新性技術(shù)作為一種核心的競爭資源來獲取和積累，，不斷加大人力、物力投入。 然而，技術(shù)創(chuàng)新過程存在著很多不確定性因素，一些企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新成功率不高，對(duì)技術(shù)研發(fā)人員的激勵(lì)也沒能取得很好的效果。本文作者參閱了相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料，吸收和借鑒了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的理論研究基礎(chǔ)，多次深入樣本企業(yè)——A公司調(diào)查、了解，對(duì)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新激勵(lì)問題進(jìn)行深入分析，以期能為推動(dòng)企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新步伐，促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)的持續(xù)、快速、健康發(fā)展提供一些有益的借鑒。 A公司作為一家從事精密高效銅管生產(chǎn)技術(shù)設(shè)備研發(fā)生產(chǎn)的高新技術(shù)企業(yè)，近年來在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方面取得了較為顯著的成績。但通過深入分析，結(jié)合問卷調(diào)查等手段，本文作者認(rèn)為該公司的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新激勵(lì)方面也有一些問題和不足，并分析了存在上述問題的原因。 在分析問題的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了完善A公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新激勵(lì)體系的對(duì)策。重點(diǎn)是明確技術(shù)創(chuàng)新人員的工作目標(biāo)，開展績效考核。企業(yè)應(yīng)通過健全制度，繼續(xù)保持現(xiàn)有創(chuàng)新激勵(lì)方面的好做法，同時(shí)對(duì)激勵(lì)體系進(jìn)行完善、優(yōu)化。要實(shí)施以薪酬激勵(lì)為重點(diǎn)的全方位激勵(lì)模式，通過多種激勵(lì)方式的綜合運(yùn)用，鼓勵(lì)技術(shù)研發(fā)人員為實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新目標(biāo)多作貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years , with the transformation and upgrading of economy , the technological innovation of enterprises has become more and more important . Many enterprises realize that technological innovation is the basic way of enterprise development . In order to establish and consolidate the core advantages of the enterprise , the innovative technology is used as a core competitive resource to acquire and accumulate , and the manpower and material resources are constantly increased .

However , there are many uncertain factors in the process of technological innovation . The success rate of technological innovation in some enterprises is not high , and the motivation of technical R & D personnel is not very good .

As a hi - tech enterprise engaged in research and development of precision and high - efficiency copper pipe production , Company A has achieved remarkable achievements in technological innovation in recent years . However , by deeply analyzing and combining questionnaires , the author believes that the company ' s technological innovation incentive has some problems and shortcomings , and analyzes the causes of the above problems .

On the basis of analyzing the problem , this paper puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the innovation incentive system of A company . The emphasis is to make clear the work objective of the technical innovation personnel and carry out the performance appraisal . The enterprise should continue to keep the good practice in the current innovation incentive through the system of strengthening the whole system . At the same time , perfect and optimize the incentive system . In order to implement the omni - directional incentive mode with the focus of salary incentive , the comprehensive utilization of various kinds of incentives is encouraged , and the technical R & D personnel are encouraged to contribute more to the achievement of the enterprise ' s innovation goal .
