【摘要】：國內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明,工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級既是工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的結(jié)果又是工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力。然而陜西工業(yè)在結(jié)構(gòu)存在著很大的矛盾,工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)滯后嚴(yán)重制約了陜西區(qū)陜西經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和區(qū)域優(yōu)勢的發(fā)揮。優(yōu)化陜西工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)是解決新階段工業(yè)發(fā)展中存在問題的重要手段,在新時(shí)期,抓住機(jī)遇,發(fā)揮后發(fā)優(yōu)勢,對于實(shí)現(xiàn)陜西工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)又好又快的發(fā)展,具有非常重要的作用。 本文在借鑒國內(nèi)外學(xué)者已有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等相關(guān)理論,將比較分析方法、實(shí)證分析、經(jīng)驗(yàn)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、定性與定量分析法結(jié)合起來,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的新形勢,系統(tǒng)地分析陜西工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀,揭示出陜西工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展的基本特征。隨后對優(yōu)化陜西工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)環(huán)境進(jìn)行SWOT分析,以明確陜西工業(yè)“十二五”發(fā)展面臨的形勢和任務(wù),在思路中提出了工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的自主創(chuàng)新化、技術(shù)梯度升級化、產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化、布局合理化和政策傾斜化的“五化”理念。最后在此基礎(chǔ)上探索陜西工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)型路徑及對策措施,來加快陜西工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化。對促進(jìn)陜西工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和“十二五”規(guī)劃有一定的借鑒意義,同時(shí)也為其他類似地區(qū)的工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:The practical experience of economic development at home and abroad shows that the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is not only the result of industrial economic development but also the motive force of industrial economic development.However, there is a great contradiction in the structure of Shaanxi industry, and the lag of industrial structure seriously restricts the development of Shaanxi economy and the exertion of regional advantage.The optimization of Shaanxi industrial structure is an important means to solve the existing problems in the new stage of industrial development. In the new period, seizing the opportunity and giving play to the advantage of late development play a very important role in realizing the sound and rapid development of Shaanxi's industrial economy.Based on the existing research results of domestic and foreign scholars, this paper makes use of relevant theories such as industrial economics, regional economics and development economics to compare the methods of analysis, empirical analysis, empirical statistical analysis, and so on.Combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis, combined with the new situation of industrial transfer at home and abroad, this paper systematically analyzes the present situation of Shaanxi's industrial structure, and reveals the basic characteristics of Shaanxi's industrial structure development.Then SWOT analysis is carried out to optimize the industrial structure environment of Shaanxi, in order to clarify the situation and task that Shaanxi industry is facing in the "12th Five-Year Plan" development, the paper puts forward the independent innovation of industrial structure optimization, the upgrading of technology gradient, and the industrial cluster in the train of thought.Rationalization of layout and policy inclination of the "five" concept.Finally, this paper probes into the transformation path and countermeasures of Shaanxi industrial structure in order to speed up the optimization of Shaanxi industrial structure.It has certain reference significance for promoting the development of Shaanxi industrial economy and the 12th Five-Year Plan, and also provides reference for the development of industrial economy in other similar areas.
