【摘要】：生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃是企業(yè)為了滿足市場(chǎng)需要或顧客需求而生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品，確定何時(shí)生產(chǎn)，在哪生產(chǎn)以及如何生產(chǎn)的總體計(jì)劃，是對(duì)企業(yè)整體生產(chǎn)任務(wù)的確定與進(jìn)度的安排。同時(shí)企業(yè)為了爭(zhēng)取更大的利潤(rùn)和使成本最小化,企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)模式由原來(lái)的自制生產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)為外包生產(chǎn)。因此如何管理企業(yè)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和如何對(duì)外包廠商進(jìn)行管理已成為企業(yè)成功的關(guān)鍵，因?yàn)檫@直接影響著企業(yè)訂單的狀況和企業(yè)的收益狀況。 本文主要是針對(duì)當(dāng)今玩具行業(yè)的特點(diǎn)，為生產(chǎn)外包商設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)需求預(yù)測(cè)算法和線性生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃模型，同時(shí)提出如何對(duì)外包商進(jìn)行外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的進(jìn)度進(jìn)行控制。論文主要從以下幾步著手：首先分析了玩具制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的特點(diǎn)及研究現(xiàn)狀；接著以ABC玩具背景的M公司的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問(wèn)題及原因分析，，運(yùn)用季節(jié)性變動(dòng)問(wèn)題的Winters法對(duì)需求進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)和線性規(guī)劃模型對(duì)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃進(jìn)行編排；其次再針對(duì)ABC玩具公司的特點(diǎn)運(yùn)用去季節(jié)性波動(dòng)對(duì)需求進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)，同時(shí)對(duì)外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃控制提供解決方法，并通過(guò)案例來(lái)解釋說(shuō)明；再次比較實(shí)行生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃模型和生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃控制后的公司改善結(jié)果；最后分析在制作生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃模型及制定生產(chǎn)控制KPI考核指標(biāo)中所存在的不足。
[Abstract]:Production planning is the overall plan for enterprises to produce products in order to meet the needs of the market or customers, to determine when to produce, where to produce and how to produce, as well as to determine the overall production tasks and schedule of enterprises.At the same time, in order to gain more profit and minimize the cost, the production mode of the enterprise is changed from the original homemade production to the outsourcing production.Therefore, how to manage the enterprise production plan and how to manage the outsourcing manufacturer has become the key to the success of the enterprise, because it directly affects the status of the enterprise order and the income of the enterprise.According to the characteristics of toyindustry, this paper designs a demand forecasting algorithm and a linear production planning model for the outsourcers, and puts forward how to control the outsourced risks and production schedule of the external contractors.This paper mainly starts with the following steps: firstly, it analyzes the characteristics and research status of toy manufacturing production plan, and then, based on the background of ABC toys, M company's production planning status, existing problems and reasons are analyzed.The Winters method of seasonal variation problem is used to forecast demand and linear programming model is used to arrange production plan. Secondly, according to the characteristics of ABC toy company, the demand is predicted by using non-seasonal fluctuation.At the same time, it provides solutions to outsourcing risk and production planning control, and explains it by case study, and compares the improvement results of production planning model and production plan control.Finally, it analyzes the deficiency in making production planning model and making KPI assessment index of production control.
