【摘要】：正本刊訊據(jù)《消費(fèi)日?qǐng)?bào)》報(bào)道,日前,山東省政府辦公廳下發(fā)《山東造紙產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)實(shí)施方案》。根據(jù)方案,山東將優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品品種,對(duì)新聞紙將禁止新上產(chǎn)能。方案要求,順應(yīng)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型與紙張需求變化,實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型,從以產(chǎn)品為中心轉(zhuǎn)向以顧客為中心,優(yōu)化調(diào)整產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)。山東生產(chǎn)新聞紙的規(guī)模效益在國(guó)內(nèi)外均具有優(yōu)勢(shì),新聞紙主要以廢紙為原料利用現(xiàn)代化裝備生產(chǎn),成本優(yōu)勢(shì)尤其明顯。而受電子媒體的影響,新聞紙市場(chǎng)萎縮,需求量正以每年5%的速度遞
